  I stayed here with my family from 13-15 Mar. It was a great experience. Everyone one was very kind and respectful. The room was clean. Beds and pillows are so comfortable. Huge Thank you to Rohit and to the lady who was at the front desk on 14March at noon.

  I stay in a lot of hotels throughout the year, and I have to say the Holiday Inn Express in Lethbridge ranks as one of the best. I didn’t have a reservation and arrived around 10:30 PM to see if any rooms were available. My first point of contact was Rohit at the front desk. He was friendly, professional, and very accommodating. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. One small detail I appreciated was the USB ports for charging devices, something the last hotel I stayed at didn’t have. When I checked out in the morning, Rosemary was also positive and friendly. Like many people, I read Google reviews when deciding where to stay or businesses to support. I try to contribute honest feedback, good or bad, so others have information to help them make their own decisions. Great job, Holiday Inn Express Lethbridge.

  I appreciate the service from the staff, and was most impressed by the food store inside the hotel, the prices were fair for the items. I've stayed at plenty of hotels where they gouge you for food and snacks.

  Room: It would be nice if the lamps by both the chair and the bed were dimmable so they wouldn’t disturb others trying to sleep. The room isn’t fully soundproof, and you can hear the train nearby. The electronic peepholes are a neat feature I’ve never seen before, and the two roller shades let you either filter light or block it out completely. Bathroom: Possibly the most spacious hotel bathroom I’ve ever had. I loved the décor and that the toiletries provided are Dove. The bathtub has low sides, which makes it easier for kids, seniors, or anyone with mobility concerns to get in and out. The shower head is mounted high, which is great for tall guests, but shorter people may have trouble reaching it to adjust the angle or settings (if adjustable at all). It does have a pleasant rain-style flow. One downside is that the soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers are mounted quite high, so shorter children can’t use them independently, and some dispense quickly and spray straight out. Service & Location: The front desk staff were very friendly. There’s lots of parking, and the location is convenient for getting around. Security seems to be a priority — the main doors are locked later in the evening, and food deliveries aren’t allowed past the front desk. There’s also a Tim Hortons right nearby. Amenities: The pool is small but includes a toddler wading area and waterslides. Breakfast is included and offers plenty of options.
