  The first night we stayed the smoke detector started beeping every 30 seconds before 6am. Seems that the batteries were not regularly replaced and were low. We had planned to sleep much longer that morning due to our sports schedule. Second morning the older lady at breakfast was very blunt and rude. She did not seem to notice I was with my boys and abrupty left when I stepped into her view. Speaking to and asking customers nicely goes a long way in customer service. The rest of the staff was pleasant to deal with. Also their cancelation policy, requiring 2 weeks notice to cancel a room, is ridiculous. Most hotels require 48 hours notice or less.

  Often stay when im in town working. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean. Breakfast is decent with many options, compared to other places. Beds are comfortable, I have a hard time sleeping at any hotel.

  Good place to stay. We came with our wildlife festival, very accommodating. Great breakfast. Prices were fair for the rooms. Clean pool. All round a good place.

  No management on site or staff that would deal with a group that let their children run around the halls, throw a ball against the connecting wall, and yell and scream from midnight until 4 am definitely not a place you want to stay if you actually need sleep When I called the manager would not be available until Monday or Tuesday around 9 probably 🙄 If you’re charging $260 for one night stay have someone capable to deal with problems or charge appropriately
