  No management on site or staff that would deal with a group that let their children run around the halls, throw a ball against the connecting wall, and yell and scream from midnight until 4 am definitely not a place you want to stay if you actually need sleep When I called the manager would not be available until Monday or Tuesday around 9 probably 🙄 If you’re charging $260 for one night stay have someone capable to deal with problems or charge appropriately

  Very welcoming and kind staff, extremely clean and is excellent shape. Being gluten free I offer do not get to participate in the hot breakfast but they had a wide variety of gluten free options and were very knowledgeable with it. I highly recommend this hotel!

  My husband and I were in Canada on a business trip, and when our trip was delayed by a day, we decided to stay in a hotel. Based on the reviews, I chose to give Best Western Plus a try — and unfortunately, it was a big mistake. As soon as I walked in, there was an unpleasant smell. We were eventually greeted by the front desk and given our room. The first thing I always do when I enter any hotel room is lift the sheets and check the linens. Right away, I could see the bedding had not been changed. The sheets and pillowcases had human hair all over them. I immediately went to the front desk to report it. When the supervisor came, her initial excuse was that it was a pet-friendly room and the hair could have been from a dog. I explained that it was clearly human hair and even showed her the video I took. She acknowledged it and offered to move us to a different room, but at that point, I was completely disgusted. If housekeeping left this room in that condition, I had no confidence the other rooms would be any better. We requested a refund and went to the hotel across the street, which was much cleaner, updated, and had no issues at all. I definitely do not recommend staying here. But if you do, make sure you thoroughly check the linens before settling into the room. Update:::Hi Bruce, thank you for responding to my review. I’m surprised the supervisor didn’t notice all the hair on the pillows and linens—maybe they didn’t have good eyesight, because there was no way to miss that much hair on white bedding. I recorded a video, but the system wouldn’t let me upload it, so I had to use screenshots. I’d be happy to email the video to you so you can see all the hair that was there. On another note, I do want to thank you, though. The Holiday Inn across the street was clean, and housekeeping did an amazing job—I’d rate it four stars. Maybe they can train the Best Western team. Overall, I had a good experience at holiday inn! Thank you.
