    For the price they charge you would think the hotel would be in better shape. Hot tub barely worked, jets didn't work properly and it was dirty falling apart, pool was cold couldnt use it, washer dryer on-site both didn't work..the worst was WE could not take a shower in the morning because the water was like warm..no hot water...we ran tub for a long time still not hot..then we had kids playing ball at 10pm in hallway for over an hour so we could not sleep, not sure if someone reported it but finally got quiet..it was just bad..we will never go to any Hilton garden inn again..

    We were a party of 10 and we stayed on Nov 22nd and on Nov 29th, 2025. I booked the room on March 25th of 2025. First stay was great. Second stay we got in late due to flight delays. We had a double queen room and a double queen suite reserved. One of our party got there earlier and she was told that the 2 queen suite would not be available even though I paid for it and specifically asked for that room and a double queen room. The front desk told me they would work something out with me. They never did. No discount, no apology, nada. I even called the front desk twice after getting home up North. She never returned my call after telling me she would figure someting out. Will not stay at this hotel again. Why bother reserving when we are not guaranteed the rooms needed?

    A very poor breakfast. No healthy options. Plastic cutlery and paper plates . This is cutting costs to a stingy level. I will not be staying here again.

    We stayed one night in the hotel. Our car was parked in the hotel for 11 days when we came back our car did not start. The employee at the front desk DARSHAN helped us a lot. He asked the manager for boost the car. Manager and Darshan helped us make our stay easy and stress free specially in extreme winter. Darshan is very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient employee.

    Pantry was is desperate need of restock. Not much there for drinks and snacks. Not a big deal just a bit annoying. The rest of the stay was average.
