Overall an unpleasant stay. When I checked in the front desk officer looked super impatient. I did ask for the shuttle services and he told me that the schedule but without telling me that the shuttle needed to be pre-booked an hour prior (fine that could be my fault)... Until the morning front desk lady told me. The room was clean but the hot water was weak. The hot tub was fantastic but the jet often delayed. Sorry I can't rate too high this time.
If you have a car, this hotel is easy to travel to the airport. If not the location isn't good enough (but come on, this is Leduc, and I paid 100 dollars only... Shouldn't complain about the location)

This establishment presents more akin to a standard motel than a hotel, with even Coastal Hotel offering superior accommodations. My room was notably unclean, and the shower exhibited significant grime and black stains, necessitating the use of personal sandals for showering. The pillows carried an odor suggestive of prior occupancy. The front desk personnel demonstrated an inability to properly itemize billing for business purposes, specifically regarding the separation of pet fees, a service consistently provided by other hotels within the same brand. This recurring issue anticipates another lengthy call to management for resolution. The coffee provided was diluted and unappealing in presentation, falling short of the standards expected from this brand. Furthermore, the hotel's immediate surroundings require considerable attention. Given these concerns, and despite the appeal of Hilton Honors Points, I find myself thoroughly dissatisfied and will be exploring alternative lodging options in the future.

I checked in and was immediately uncomfortable by the desk agent. As soon as I got to the room, the pungent smell of something rotting hit me. I asked to be switched into another room and they made a big deal out of it. I then asked Expedia for a refund and they said the hotel had to approve if it. I literally didn’t spend an hour in this hotel and they refused to issue a refund. Expedia was NO help. As a solo female traveller, this is unacceptable. I now have boycotted all Hiltons.

Room was decent, nice King size. Bathroom shower was horrible with luke warm water at best and when you come back after a cool day out, you look forward to a hot shower. Day 2 and they hadn't serviced our room so on our way out we stopped by the desk to ask for our room to be serviced as there were no more clean towels and shampoo/conditioner. We get back after another full day out and they still hadn't come by to clean up and give us fresh towels! Now I'm really fed up and I went to the front desk to let them know my displeasure and I had to ask to be moved instead of them automatically offering and there was no real offer to help us. We get our new room and its a Queen bed, not the King we paid for! So much incompetence right from beginning to end. Very sad representation from a "Hilton" hotel.
