    Stayed here for two weeks. Most of the listed amenities (hot tub and laundry specifically) have been down the entire time. Being told every day it will be “up and running tomorrow” to no avail. Kim, the breakfast cook from Thursday-Sunday goes above and beyond and is an incredible chef. She has been the reason I did not switch hotels. Otherwise friendly staff as well, just not getting what you are paying for in terms of amenities and all you will receive is an apology, lack of urgency to fix the things that are not working that they are advertising.

    Very disappointed with this hotel. Stay there twice last week. First both elevators were broken. Heater in the room is always on despite thermostat set to 64. So it's on and you are baking or off and you are freezing. No hot water on my second stay. Asked to speak to the gm. He was not there and requested a call back back. Still waiting. I will not stay there again. There is plenty of other options around.

    The franchisees who operate this hotel seem to do as little as possible with regards to maintenance and upkeep. The front door has been non-operational and on the day/evening of my arrival the elevator was not working. By the next morning it was fixed saving me additional 3rd floor treks via stairs - no big deal unless you've got a lot of luggage, which was my case. The little canteen where most hotels stock snacks, drinks, and sundries was barely stocked and what was there must have been purchased in budget bulk- very small packages like you'd find at Costco, etc. not full sized snack portions even. There was coffee selection at one point during day 2 with no artificial sweetener or half/half only the pre-sweetened flavored creamers that apparently find favor with some coffee drinkers. Only one thermos of coffee (no decaf BTW) and it all vanished early in the evening leaving the guest to make their own in the in-room Keurig machines there. Overall poor experience, and as a Hilton Honors member, won't ever be staying there again.

    The front doors of the hotel were closed due to a leak in the wall. Tile broken at the back door of the hotel. One elevator works. finger prints all over the closet glass doors in our room. Toilet is loose and leaking. Shower head leaks onto the cieling and leaves a puddle on the floor. The ice machine on our floor is out of order. When our keys stopped working the front desk asked what room we were in instead of asking us our last name for the booking(huge security risk). They need some major maintenance in this building. Whomever is in charge of repairs in this place should be replaced. I highly recommend reading recent reviews before booking anywhere anymore. Oh and the hotel tub is out of order.

    Stay somewhere else !!! Management needs to be replaced as there seems to be zero maintenance. Very poor snow removal, front door doesn't work, one elevator doesn't work and the other one sounds like it's falling apart, hallway carpets lifting which is a safety issue. 5 ice makers out of order, some electrical plugs in room don't work, blown lightbulbs and water doesn't get hot enough to shower. This place is unsafe and unhygienic, it should be shut down... By the looks of other reviews nothing gets done about it, just the standard BS replies from Hilton 🤬👎
