- AAAyrinJan 27, 20262.0Just off the highway in Leduc. Pet friendly but you have to pay an extra $50 a night nonrefundable which is pretty typical. The hotel is definitely due for a makeover. Old, worn out carpet, peeling wallpaper, worn out furniture etc. Stains in the carpet. This is more like a 2 star hotel, not the usual Hamptons I've stayed in. Best thing about this place is Terry who helped us at the front desk. Very nice lady! Even kind enough to bring a plunger for the plugged toilet when we arrived in the room.

They have a great pet policy, have stayed multiple times with dogs. The shuttle is available twice per hour to or from the airport & there is a good selection of rooms.

When I arrived I found out that security didn't open until 4 and customs didn't open until 4:30.
- RWRebecca WeissJan 4, 20261.0This hotel is awful! We booked on Expedia and the photos are NOT what the room looks like at all. It’s very old the carpets and gross and coming up on the floors. Definite tripping hazard. We booked the studio suite and it just a one big room badly laid out with the tv on the far side of the room so you can’t watch tv from bed. The tub was small and stained. The bed is so hard and uncomfortable, the tv channels don’t match the guide. One of the street lights in the parking lot is strobing all night. You can hear people very loudly walking around on the floor above. It was VERY disappointing.
