Laid out rules that they could not enforce with other teams, breaking them, therefore causing chaos in their hotel amongst children. One staff member named Nita Threatened our children without us around saying that all the rooms were gonna get kicked out and find shooting adults out of the hallway, just walking in them and overall incredibly unprofessional and abusive in nature. If you’re going to come here for a hockey tournament better make sure that they don’t have any other teams to handle because they can barely handle one let alone doing it kindly and with respect we will never do this again. It was horrific.
