Vanessa from the front desk was professional and welcoming and did not flinch when I made a few room requests to accommodate us. She also signed me up with IHG Rewards to start enjoying the membership perks. The next day at breakfast Ynnad made sure we had everything we need. He is constantly checking the warmer trays to make sure the food was replenished so that guests don’t go hungry. We’re so impressed by such excellent service by the staff. We will be repeat customers when we come back.

This hotel doesn’t have a lift so be prepared to take stairs to the 2nd floor. Amazing filipino hospitality from the staff (Vanessa and Ynnad) very welcoming and accommodating if you have any requests.
