It seemed like everyone really wanted to make sure I was treated right. The guy taking care of breakfast Yinnad I think his name was? I'm not sure, but he was very helpful and was a nice touch to add to the nice stay. Only con, was the hot tub wasn't running during my stay (Nov 2025) but I can live with that.

The restaurant is under renovation so they provided us with complimentary breakfast that was fresh with a good variety of options. The staff, Laida, Satveer and Andrea, were all friendly, welcoming, and happy to help with anything we needed. Overall, the Holiday Inn provided excellent value and comfort for a short stay. We’d definitely stay here again the next time we’re in the area!

Once in the hotel she welcomed me at the reception desk and remembered all our conversation. The manager was also there and was very friendly and mentioned breakfast and the hot tub and pool. My room was impeccable and service at the breakfast was amazing! Satveer was professional and friendly and the food was great too! Definitely will come back! Similar service I got at a high end resort in Bermuda. 10/10.

During check-in, a lady working the night shift handled my security deposit. Unfortunately, she charged my card twice for the deposit without informing me. I only discovered the duplicate charge later during the week. when I checked my bank statement. There was no explanation or apology provided for this mistake. This experience was disappointing and unprofessional. I would appreciate it if you could review this incident and ensure that the extra charge is refunded promptly. It been more than a week already.
