The gentleman who was working the breakfast area is so kind and helpful, same with all of the other staff. Rooms are very nice and comfy beds. Anytime we come to Hinton we will be coming back! 5 a stars 🌟

The Manager, and his staff, including Jojo and Alexis, did an excellent job ensuring our stay was comfortable. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make our trip special- thank you!

The warm weather and snow makes for sloppy entrances and they were consistently keeping it as clear as possible. The bed was comfy and everything was very clean in the room. Front desk staff was very courteous, professional, and gave helpful information on arrival about getting to our room and amenities (like breakfast and pool hours). I'd stay here again.

The pool is great for kids, the hot.tub was relaxing. Lianni at the front desk was exceptionally helpful. And Jojo did a great job keeping breakfast stocked and cleaned. Thanks for a great stay - we'll definitely come back!

The front desk receptionist was friendly and accommodating, and readily took care of my requests. The room was nice and clean, making for a comfortable stay. The breakfast area was clean and well maintained, with good food selection. A special mention to JoJo from the breakfast room staff— he was friendly, polite, and truly made me feel welcome each morning. The only minor issue was that the air conditioner was a little noisy when running, but it did not take away from the overall positive experience. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to friends and family and would gladly stay here again.
