  Great spot to stay with the family. Jojo (breakfast) delivered excellent service and attention, well beyond what one may expect for a contenental breakfast. We had one room issue that was addressed within minutes. Hotel is fairly new and rooms were clean. Overall, this hotel provided excellent value. I highly recommend and would stay here again.

  Frustrating as there was a youth hockey team staying at the hotel. The parents left the 20 or so 10-12 year olds to play in the pool with no supervision. I had to report to front desk as they were running, jumping and diving. Than around 9:45 that night they were playing floor hockey in the hallway where our room was, on the main floor by reception. I had to be the one to go out the hallway tell them to quit yelling and playing and get back to their rooms. Nothing done by the staff nor the "parents".

  Such a great hotel!! We picked this one because of the pool with the waterslide for my little one, and the included breakfast! We were blown away by how clean the whole place was, and how incredibly friendly and accommodating the staff were. The employee named Jojo; who seemed to be in charge of the daily breakfast service.. really went above and beyond, it was definitely noticed and appreciated! The beds and rooms were spacious and very clean, the only thing we noticed was the mini fridge in our room had a pretty bad smell; regardless of it being spotless, I’m sure that’s an easy fix. Staying here made our little vacation even more awesome, we will definitely be back!

  Stay here for our trip to Marmot. *** Zero View of Mountains *** You get to look a buildings or parking lot… The hotel rooms were very comfortable. Reception was very helpful. The night audit was kind and helpful. Breakfast was good, everyone enjoyed it unfortunately there isn’t many sits so you have to beat the hockey teams to breakfast if you want to sit down. Pool is a good size, waterslide is fast (kids loved it), the hot tub is too small with not much seating. Also make sure you bring towels, there was never towels at the pool and we ended up going back to rooms wet everytime. All in all it was a decent hotel

  We are in the first of our 2 night stay. Here in Hinton. We usually stay at the Holiday Inn right in the town but, decided to stay at this location because we're able to use the pool & hotub. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Check in was quick and easy. The best part for me is the hot breakfast with diverse options. Including ready to eat oatmeal, eggs, turkey sausage links, pork sausage patties, homfries seasoned with chives, danishes, cinnamon buns. Various types of bread, bagels with a quick toaster. As well has cereals and has dairy free milk options upon request ready. My favorite thing are the pancakes. I love pancakes. Mmm. They have a machine that makes one at a time with the push of a button. All of this could not happen without the hard, diligent, and contientious work of breakfast room attendant named Jojo. He's such a big help, always making sure our breakfast is to our satisfaction. Bussing our table when we were finished with our plates, cups etc. Constantly on the go, restocking food stocks, condiments, drinks. Always greeting guests with a warmness and a huge, smile. He keeps the breakfast room spotless and in order with an effortless manner. You can tell he enjoys interactingwith peopleand looks like he loves his job. I can't enough good things. He's a real pleasure to interact with and a wonderful man
