  Im here working nights, my first room flooded from a room 2 floors above me. They moved me to a new room, heater doesnt work, 2 days in a row they said they'd fix it and didn't, 3rd day i was given a space heater... in 4 days my room didn't get cleaned/serviced a single time because they don't hire maids for night shift rooms. This Best Western really isn't as good as the rest of them...

  The hotel itself is good, and the lobby, breakfast area, and rooms are spacious. Most of the staff were wonderful, especially the attendants in the breakfast area and Ronald at the reception, who were friendly and very helpful. We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights and requested full room cleaning only ONCE during our entire stay. On that day, we spoke directly with the male housekeeping staff member and asked that the room be cleaned later, as we would be out around noon. Unfortunately, when we returned in the evening, the room had not been cleaned. The trash was still inside, the bed linens were unchanged, and there were no fresh towels. We informed the front desk about the issue. The two female receptionists provided towels and plastic bags for the trash, which we appreciated. However, while we were explaining our concern, both appeared visibly irritated. One continued using her phone, and there were inappropriate remarks made, which made the interaction uncomfortable. There was also no empathy shown or acknowledgment of our concern. Overall, this was a disappointing experience, and I hope management takes this feedback into consideration to improve the service for future guests.

  My first time at this hotel I’ve stayed in five different hotels in the past week, and this Best Western was definitely the best and the most inexpensive. When I checked in just before midnight, the staff was in full holiday-party mode, but the gentleman at the desk still treated me like I was the guest of honor (despite the fact that I was clearly not invited to the actual party). The room was spotless, and I say that as someone who’s become a reluctant expert in “surprise gross things found in hotel rooms.” Everything was updated, the bed was comfy, and I felt like I could put my suitcase down without needing to sanitize it Honestly, 10/10. Would stay again.
