  Me and my friend stayed here on our way to yeg coming from nwt and it was amazing the hot tub was so relaxing probably cause there was no kids playing this time and their restaurant even better we got served by a little lady she was so kind she asked for any allergy’s and I do with onions, I’ve never gotten asked for something like that I usually have to send my food back at other places, and they have free HOT breakfast not much places do that now also there was an amazing lady for breakfast she made my day honestly, so kind and sweet I loved her shout out to all the best western employees especially Harlyn and hanni I 100% recommend this place

  I was in town for work. I spent an entire day travelling and was looking forward to a nice evening of rest because the next day required extensive travel as well. During my stay I was woken up multiple times dealing with an unruly guest screaming and swearing, banging on doors and loudly walking around. This went on from midnight to 4:30am. I had called the front desk but nothing was happening. I felt scared for my own personal safety that this gentlemen was violent. I heard screaming from other people. I do not understand why this guest was not trespassed. The staff did nothing to accommodate or protect it's guests. I was also put at risk due to the inability to get a good nights rest and having to travel the next day. I got very little sleep. The only bright spot was the servers and food in the restaurant.

  I had a similar experience to a recent reviewer. The room beside my room was a party room and the people were drinking, swearing, banging around and standing outside in front of our door all night until 4am. I must have called down the front desk about 4 times between 12am-4am. The front desk would call and ask them to be quiet, and I could hear the conversation as the walls were paper thin. The guests next to mine would hang up the phone and then just laugh and continue to swear. It felt like we were staying in a meth house. I will give them a tiny dose of credit when they finally called the police who must have arrived around 4:30am when we had to be up for 6am. I am not expecting this mickey-mouse operation of a hotel to do anything now, but I would expect them to consider evicting unruly guests who are swearing, banging on doors, not controlling their children who were running down the hallways till 2am... what a complete joke. Not a safe hotel, especially if you have little kids. We booked 7 rooms here for work and I can tell you we will not be coming back to this hotel that does not care about the guest experience. I will give the Food & Beverage team some kudos as the food was quite good.
