- BSBrent SchmidtNov 27, 20251.0This hotel is going downhill. There is new staff and their customer service is poor. I’ve been coming here for years and it gets worse every visit recently. I informed the front desk the evening before that I was checking out a day early. They still charged me for the whole reservation. Then they provided an invoice with no receipt that shows the days stayed and that amount but then charge full price to your credit card. Check your credit cards, they are stealing your money for extra nights. They cut the cable channels and internet is sluggish. Do not stay here. The rates are too high they and charging you for nights not there. They are crooks.
