The stay was very good! Rooms were clean and spacious. The beds and washrooms were clean. I had a room downstairs with multiple entries to the room. The lock for the door facing the parking lot didn’t work. Other than that no issues.

I had a great stay at the Best Western Plus in High Level, Alberta. The staff were all very welcoming and made the experience really comfortable. A special shoutout to Brinkley, Vaibhav, and Teresa — Teresa was especially kind and cheerful in the morning, which made my day start off right. Really appreciated the warm hospitality from everyone. Highly recommend staying here!

This location has a great free breakfast and also offers a to go option. Check in was easy although they prefer you not arrive before 1600. Room was clean and well equipped after a long day on the road = exactly what we needed. It was a little noisy with kids excited about the pool...but that is kids for you. Lots of free parking. Small gym.

THE POOL!! The women’s change room at the Pool was DISGUSTING tonight NOV 2, 2025!! The amount of Bathing suit liners, hair and what I assumed was muddy water I hope pooled on the floor had hair all over the place, not to mention the SMELL!! Someone had to of urinated in the stalls and the dirty swim diapers thrown in the corners was disrespectful and gross to see! The guy at the Waterpark attended desk didn’t bother addressing the issue or cleaning the rooms. The kids play area was ICE Cold! NOT a good experience!! DO BETTER MIRAGE!!

⭐ 1 Star — Absolutely Appalling Experience
I have never encountered such poor customer service or blatant disregard for guests as I did at best western High level. My stay was for four nights, but the hotel charged me for six, and despite multiple attempts to have this corrected, the staff refused to take responsibility or even show the slightest concern.
Every interaction felt dismissive and unhelpful. No one returned calls, no one followed up, and not a single person seemed interested in fixing their mistake. It’s one thing to make an error — it’s another entirely to ignore it and treat your guests like an inconvenience.
The experience left a sour taste that no amount of “we’ll look into it” can fix. I’ve stayed at countless hotels, and this was by far the worst customer service I’ve ever received. I would strongly advise anyone considering this property to book elsewhere — there are plenty of hotels that understand what hospitality actually means
