  My stay here has been good, no complaint about the room, the breakfast is good, the resturant food is great, but for whatever reason the lobby is so heavily perfumed it takes my breath away, it is a strong unpleasant scent and anyone with scent sensitivity, asthma, or other lung disease I would not suggest a stay here.

  Rooms are good but sometimes microwave doesn't cook well but overall I super good hotel with a pool!

  Extremely overpriced. It’s slightly better than the surrounding hotels but the guests are typically loud, drunk, aggressive blue collar workers. 200 a night in the off season is enough of a reason to not book here, but add the arrogant male front desk staff, it’s just bad.

  I had a fantastic breakfast experience at Best Western High Level, thanks to Chef Hurleen. The hashbrowns were absolutely amazing—perfectly crispy and seasoned just right. The sunny side up eggs were cooked beautifully, with rich yolks and great flavor. I also loved the creative touch of being able to make your own waffles—it’s such a fun idea and adds a personal touch to the meal. The raspberry jam was especially delicious, fresh and full of flavor. Overall, everything was thoughtfully prepared and clearly made with care. Chef Hurleen does an outstanding job, and I’d definitely recommend stopping by for breakfast!

  The pool changing rooms are dirty and they’re looking for any excuse to charge you extra money. Charged me a large extra cleaning fee because they had to “vacuum and clean the linens” after my stay. This tells me they’re either not doing those things between guests or they just want to rip you off. Have stayed here before with no issues however they have now permanently lost my business.
