  I had a very disappointing experience at Holiday Inn Grande Prairie. The biggest issue was false price advertising. The rate shown online was not what I was charged at the hotel. When I brought this up at the front desk, the staff were completely unhelpful and dismissive. Instead of trying to resolve the issue or explain the discrepancy, I was simply told “it is what it is” and that I had to pay the higher amount. This kind of response is unacceptable. Customers rely on accurate pricing when booking, and when there’s a problem, the hotel should at least make an effort to address it professionally. The lack of accountability and poor customer service made the situation even worse. Overall, between the misleading pricing and the unhelpful staff, I would not recommend staying here. Be aware if you book 3 nights and expect you will pay 600 dlls and when you check-out get the surprise that you owned more the 1000 dlls

  Fantastic experience from start to finish. Upon arriving I was greeted by their very friendly front desk staff - including who I learned was actually the General Manager, Elizabeth, who was more than happy to step in to assist me while the other staff finished assisting other guests that came before me! I travel often for work and always stay at this location when it brings me to Grande Prairie. The rooms are ALWAYS clean, as is the entire property in general, and the prices are great! I couldn't recommend this hotel more - thanks again Elizabeth and the rest of the team for making my stay so pleasant every time.

  I had a great stay at the Holiday Inn in Grande Prairie. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The location is convenient, and the overall atmosphere made it easy to relax after a long day. I’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

  Amazing experience, staff was super friendly and helpful, hotels was clean and the rooms were well set up. I work long days, the bed was extremely comfortable to get into afterwards.

  Great location- 8 minutes to the airport and about the same to the hockey rink. Clean and updated hotel and rooms. Plenty of parking. Pool was great for the kids- not overly chlorinated like most hotels. Games room with ping pong, basketball and big screen tv was a nice hangout spot for our hockey tournament. Breakfast was just ok. Restaurant is under construction so first day it was a bagged breakfast ( this was the best one) the rest were set up in the banquet hall and it wasn’t very good. Room was clean- with air conditioner view lol
