After two weeks with no points, I called the hotel and was told that we were in the system and the points would be added soon. Two more weeks passed, so I called again, and this time they said they couldn’t find us in the system at all, but promised to escalate the issue to a supervisor. Unfortunately, speaking with the supervisor also led nowhere. The issue remains unresolved to this day. I am very disappointed with the way this was handled and simply want to warn others about this experience.
