- RRRoman4 days ago1.0We stayed at this hotel for two weeks and never received our rewards points. At checkout, we were told that the points would be credited the following week. After two weeks with no points, I called the hotel and was told that we were in the system and the points would be added soon. Two more weeks passed, so I called again, and this time they said they couldn’t find us in the system at all, but promised to escalate the issue to a supervisor. Unfortunately, speaking with the supervisor also led nowhere. The issue remains unresolved to this day. I am very disappointed with the way this was handled and simply want to warn others about this experience.

The room was great with comfortable beds and breakfast was top notch! This hotel does not feel like a typical Best Western. It feels upscale and is well kept. I hope never to breakdown anywhere, but would certainly stay at this hotel if I pass through Fox Creek again!

The staff swapped out food quickly when the kids ate up all the food. The overall experience well exceeded expectation. Thank you well worth it!
