  Stayed at this hotel about 5 times and 4 out of those 5 times I had fire alarm issues they were able to solve the issues but its not fun being woken up at 1 am from the fire alarm

  We stayed at this hotel for two weeks and never received our rewards points. At checkout, we were told that the points would be credited the following week. After two weeks with no points, I called the hotel and was told that we were in the system and the points would be added soon. Two more weeks passed, so I called again, and this time they said they couldn’t find us in the system at all, but promised to escalate the issue to a supervisor. Unfortunately, speaking with the supervisor also led nowhere. The issue remains unresolved to this day. I am very disappointed with the way this was handled and simply want to warn others about this experience.
