Booked this hotel for a late night stay on my way to work. I got in late around 1:30 am and had a shower. Room was nice, bed was comfortable but my TV remote didn't work. I just used my phone to entertain myself while I tried to enjoy my food and unwind before bed. I finally started to drift off around 3am and forced myself up to put the "Do Not Disturb" sign on my door. I figured it better do this so housekeeping didn't make a ruckus outside in the early morning. I set my alarm for check-out and went to bed. I was woken up by someone vacuuming outside my door around 9:50 ish. I used the washroom and went back to bed. About 10:15 I was again woken up by housekeeping knocking on my door. I got up to answer and check if the sign was still on the door. It was so i informed her that check-out was at 11am. I went back to bed and then heard the vacuum turn back on outside my door. It felt like the housekeeper seemed like she was trying to wake me up so she could get on with her day. When I left I noticed there was another DND sign on the door across the hall. Not cool and very unprofessional.

Good place not too far away from edmonton, I stayed there twice. The workers are nice and helpful especially Luvy who made the breakfast experience more enjoyable.
Sadly the pool seems to be out of order for a while now and was closed on both my visits in 2024 and a couple months ago, Having a functional pool would have been a great addition.
On my most recent stay i had a few problems with the room i got at first but the staff helped me out on the spot and i got a better room with no problems.
