  Had a wonderful experience. The front desk attendant Cassidy was an absolute delight to deal with both extending my stay and accommodation adjustment. Perfectly trained for her role in dealing with customers. Wish all my stays were greeted with such a friendly warm smile. Truly was a great pleasant experience.

  BED BUGS 🐜 witnessed at this hotel!!! WOW !!! YOU are a MANAGER and YOU ACTUALLY HAVE THE NERVE TO LIE !!!! Just another strike against YOU !!!! How disgusting is that !!!! HELLO!! Obviously, the BED BUGS 🐜 were crawling under the pillows ..and I took a VIDEO of the BED BUGS 🐜 CRAWLING!!!! PLUS did I not report to you that one of your guests WARNED me as we were going up the elevator TO CHECK the BED for BED BUGS 🐜 🐜 I reported the BED BUGS directly to you / the FRONT DESK !!! Experience was so troublesome for me (I’ll never ever forget what I experienced attempting to check in) that I feel I need to WARN the PUBLIC attempting to stay at this hotel !!!!!! Left this hotel so was a very disturbing experience to me. I left a review to warn others ….BUT …… ….Manager (WHO now obviously LIES, too) saw my review online AND actually had the nerve to call me to offer me extra points …..just so I would DELETE my BAD REVIEW reporting the BED BUGS (I had taken a VIDEO of the BED BUGS actually crawling in between the pillows) !!!! What had happened was I had attempted to stay here but as soon as I was making my way to the room, …I was warned by a guest who checked in late the night before that I should check the room for BED BUGS !!!! Sure enough as I walked into the room and started to check for BED BUGS and only lifted the Pillows did I see live BED BUGS crawling …. so I immediately left the room and reported to the Front Desk that there are BED BUGS crawling and that I was DEFINITELY NOT staying and left / checked out !!! I wasted my time snd gas to drive all the way to FORT SASKATCHEWAN from Central Alberta. I was very, very frustrated and my weekend was ruined by walking into an actual BEST WESTERN HOTEL with BED BUGS !!! IMPORTANT to NOTE: I have since been advertising to whom it may concern /to the public, that your hotel is definitely NOT RECOMMENDED due to the BED BUGS 🐜 I, personally, WITNESSED at your hotel !!!!

  Great place to stay, nice rooms very well cleaned everyday, only downside is horrible horrible internet

  Cool room layout. Internet didn't work in the morning. One remote worked both t.vs in the room . You would power off one and the other would come on. Key cards were cancelled before 10 am even though we had a late check-out time arranged, had to be let back in, minor inconvenience.

  We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel has a pool and a sauna, which was a nice bonus and perfect for relaxing. The location is convenient and close to everything we needed. Breakfast was included and offered a good variety of options. The staff was very friendly and accommodating — they even allowed us to check in one hour earlier and check out one hour later, which we really appreciated. Overall, a very pleasant experience and we would definitely stay here again.
