They gave us a great room rate, bumped the checkout to a little later on the first weekend, offered a small conference room on two occasions to visit with other family and friends staying at the hotel on the weekend of the funeral. A huge shoutout to Lucil in the breakfast area. She was amazing! Thoughtful, kind, polite and made sure nothing ran out for the breakfast. I’d give the hotel more than 5 stars if I could!

The huge plus for me was the TV. I mean this isn't a fancy hotel, but the TV has the capacity to sign into my Google account and I could install all my apps. Within minutes I was watching the F1 race Sunday morning, absolutely fantastic, I wish all hotels had this. At checkout there was a super convenient function to wipe all my apps, credentials and accounts. I double checked, no trace left behind. Honestly this is a 3* hotel, but that TV alone got it 5 across the board.
