  Close to noisy street. Personal not doing things they promised to do. Shaky noisy, scarry elevators in need of maintenance. No taste breakfast food, coffee even worse.

  For the price, this place was great. We loved our room and our bed. We enjoy hearing the train behind the hotel. It's more of a feature than a problem: but some may not like it.

  I would give this hotel negative stars if it were possible. From the moment we arrived, the experience was disappointing. Customer service at the front desk was extremely lacking. Any time we asked a question or needed assistance, it felt like we were a nuisance rather than paying guests. Cleanliness was also a major issue. Walking into the pool area, the first room you enter smelled strongly like urine, which was very off-putting. Our room wasn’t any better. The bed was covered in hairs, which immediately made us question how well the room had been cleaned. Overall, the lack of cleanliness combined with poor customer service made this a very unpleasant stay. I would not recommend this hotel and definitely would not return

  Very well-located hotel, close to West Edmonton Mall. The room I stayed in was quiet and comfortable, with a modern bathroom and good toiletries. The breakfast was good and the staff was very helpful and friendly. When I return to Edmonton, I plan to stay there again.
