- BSBailey ScottMar 27, 20265.0I thought this hotel was great! The downtown location was nice, not overly sketchy. There were a lot of trees lining the nearby streets, great for a little stroll. The breakfast was more elevated than other hotels with comparable room rates. We stayed in a king room with balcony and the bed was huge, the sheets and blankets were soft and comfy. The fridge froze our stuff, all these hotels seem to use the same fridge brand which freezes everything. We cut our cream into squares and made the best of it haha. The temp in the room was good though and it was nice to open the balcony door to let in fresh air. They use dove products in the bathrooms. Service was great. The front desk people were great. - SLSange LMar 25, 20261.0Worst front desk agent name TK he is plain rude and doesn’t know what he’s doing. The hotel is in bad shape breakins in parking lot every night during our stay. Full of drug addcts and homeless throwing stuff at you right at the door entrance. There was a person vomiting between the 2 glass doors. Didn’t get cleaned for 8-9 hours. No security or safety. Very very dangerous if you have kids unfortunately it will be our last stay! So disappointed!!
