- MWMelissa WiebeFeb 22, 20265.0We booked the one bedroom suite with sofa bed. The bedroom was spacious and king bed was comfortable. The sofa bed was honestly pretty terrible but we managed for 2 nights. Room was clean and hotel overall was clean. The coffee was delicious and they had a continental breakfast available prior to the breakfast buffet which was also delicious. Mitchell went above and beyond to make our stay lovely. He even created a scavenger hunt to entertain my toddler who wakes up too early. Highly recommend!
- CKChris KulasFeb 16, 20263.0We've stayed here on multiple occasions, however I would not recommend staying here while the renovation is happening. The common areas are dirty and the elevators are being used by contractors constantly. When approaching checkout time, I went to get a luggage cart and when I tried to get back up to our room, the contractors were using both elevators. When an empty elevator arrived, they chose to load their furniture in it, while I (a paying guest) was made to wait some more. When we took our luggage cart down there was boxes of plastic and waste blocking the elevator on the main floor. Breakfast also was not as good as it has been in the past. English muffins were hard as rock, not much selection. I'd guess since the hotel only has 2 of the 4 floors operational, they don't make the food as quickly so it's not as fresh. I've already changed two of my upcoming trips to Edmonton to another property and won't consider another stay until the renovations are complete, unless they are offering a discount code.

- STS TambourJan 13, 20264.0We stayed 1 night and got Room 202, it has a king bed and pullout couch. The bathroom has Dove soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap. The bed was comfortable and my daughter found the pull out bed comfortable. We got up early and had the Free breakfast in the main area. The Waffle station was a got because it had whipped cream amd chocolate sauce. Check in and Check out was easy, front desk staff were friendly and helpful when I asked for a bandaid. Definitely returning
