  Very well-located hotel, close to West Edmonton Mall. The room I stayed in was quiet and comfortable, with a modern bathroom and good toiletries. The breakfast was good and the staff was very helpful and friendly. When I return to Edmonton, I plan to stay there again.

  My wife and I stayed at the hotel, and it was an amazing experience. The bed was very comfortable, and the hotel was quiet. The breakfast was good, and the front desk staff was very kind. My wife had surgery, and I stayed at the hotel for her appointment. I slept in the bed and found the mattress extremely comfortable. I asked the front desk if they could help me find where to buy the same mattress. Thaira kindly helped me by searching online for a good place to purchase it. Thanks to her recommendation, I was able to buy the mattress. I later informed her that I had purchased it from the place she referred me to. Whenever I passed by the front desk, she always asked about my wife’s health, which I truly appreciated. Thaira is a very nice and helpful lady. Thank you for your excellent service!

  My husband and daughter enjoying staying at this hotel over the weekend. It was clean and the complimentary breakfast helped while they were travelling with the team. One thing that appreciated after we got home we called right away to let them know she left her skin care bag in the room. They apologized and called us to let us know that they found it. Thank you very much for the service. We appreciate it.

  I travel frequently, and this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. The customer service was phenomenal — attentive, friendly, and genuinely caring. Every staff member I encountered was polite and eager to ensure my stay was perfect. The room was modern, comfortable, and equipped with everything I needed. The attention to detail in cleanliness and presentation did not go unnoticed. It’s rare to find such consistent excellence in service. I will absolutely stay here again

  Great hotel and the staff were amazing and friendly and very accommodating. Our king room was massive with an amazing double sink and separate stand up shower. Their breakfast was always great with alot of variety and plenty of seating. Definitely looking forward to coming back.
