- TSTodd SmithSep 17, 20241.0Stayed here for three nights. Would not recommend. Free breakfast is ample and well presented. The rooms and beds are fine, but the customer service is not very good. The folks working here are kind and trying their best, but the place seems poorly managed. You experience cost cutting measures, for instance, needing to ask multiple times to have a room cleaned. Do not assume it will be freshened if you don’t ask… then, after asking twice we learned at 5pm that the cleaning staff had already left for the day. But, the worst part is that this non-smoking hotel has its designated smoking areas in front of entry doors and hallway windows that are left open. The result is that the hallways and rooms are flooded with cigarette smoke. It’s disgusting. I realize that this is mostly a patron problem, but the hotel can improve this design by disallowing smoking where airflow enters the hotel. We left with our clothes smelling like cigarette smoke. Gross.
- PPPainGameStudioJun 4, 20193.0You really don't get much considering some of the places I've stayed. Not even water bottles in the room fridge. Which is brutal considering how cheap it is. My room had wet towels when I arrived nearly 8 hour after the check in time so who knows how wet they really we're. The breakfast is nothing special but if your up at 5:30 rather then 8 then you'll actually get some picks on what you'll get vs my second morning at 8 am where nothing was even on anymore so I had a yogurt and some juice. ( All that was available) never got to use the pool or workout room because they closed around 11 which is later then the time I returned. Which I mean the workout room looked like a broom closet so it couldn't be much of a issue to leave it open 24/7. Other then that the beds we're stiff but the pillows we're nice. My view was a lot filled with trucks and equipment so I mean no win on that part either. I feel like I was overcharged for what I got but what are you going to do. It's Edmonton . To summarize it was ok. Overall would stay else where for the price.
