  I would like to praise Chris McArthur for helping out our delegation with a bunch of things - thank you, Sir! The hotel perfectly suits its price.

  The room was tiny and cold. But the water and breakfast is really good housejeeper a were also nice and kind and were good workers

  One star for service is far more generous then this Location should be receiving for allowing staff members who pick and choose who they’re going to allow check in for there PAID bookings . Both times upon being at this location I have had to deal with a staff member of Indian decent I believe by the name komal that could be incorrect as she refused to give me her name .( I probably would to if I knew my behaviour could get me fired for discrimination against paid customers ) The first time at this location dealing with her I had made a day booking the day before (prepaid ) , upon showing up at the location she told me my reservation didn’t exist and continued to go all over the place with excuses , so I decided to sneak away and call the reservation line and act like I was just confirming my booking before arriving ofcourse they had no problem finding it so I had reservations line call the location to try and resolve the problem. It wasn’t I was refunded and turned away ,. The second time I was at this location was February 16th and my deposit had still never been returned . Upon checking in for my day booking I dealt with a wonderful gentleman I asked him upon checking him what was the process for extending my booking & specifically if my room would need to be switched after my day booking time was up , he informed me it was completely possible they would not move my room and the rate at this point I told him I wanted to get settled and I would come back down and pay for the over night . Ofcourse as soon as I go back down I deal with the same lady i immediately knew she was going to give me issues , but as any other time I dealt with her respectfully and was hit with the same issue of her trying to denying me a reservation . From excuses to my room was no longer available to trying to deny payment , but once i had let her know a previous employee already let me know that extending was completely do able she didn’t have much to say. These are the only two times i have ever been to the hotel I travel alone , denying a paid customer there reservations , and discriminating someone for whatever her choice of reason is absolutely disgusting thank god for cameras everywhere now a days that would have caught her behaviour .

  The hotel has a great location. It's downtown and close to everything. Parking lot is a bit dicey. I had to wait for 10 minutes upon arriving with 4 people at the front and not one acknowledged me. I understand they were training but maybe acknowledge the customer and tell the you will be right with them. The room had a weird smell and the toilet had dried pee and hair on the seat. The gym was freezing cold and half the equipment is out of order. The sauna is also out of order. You can find better hotels in Edmonton for the price.

  Parking okazał się płatny podczas wymeldowania, nikt o tym nie poinformował a kwota została pobrana automatycznie. Klimatyzacja albo mroziła albo śmierdziało kurzem podczas grzania. Brak słuchawki prysznicowej w łazience. Na korytarzu śmierdziało marihuana Ulotki wkładane między drzwi to jakiś żart Ładny widok z balkonu, przynajmniej z 8 piętra
