I called the given number on the address, the person who picked up was not properly trained or there was a language barrier of some sort. I don’t know what it was. But seriously, he kept me asking (5-6 times), ‘which location I am calling to?’ ‘He wanted me to spell out ‘EDMONTON’ for him and he kept saying if I were calling in Edmonton,France. !!!?
Seriously frustrating experience. Expected better from a renowned franchise.

Really nice place. Good prices. Nobody loitering. A good free breakfast. Friendly staff. The bathroom was somewhat outdated and could use some TLC. Would definitely recommend booking here. We will again. Close to Arena and other Really cool eating establishments.

Where do I begin? We got to our jacuzzi room (402) and instantly saw a ton of water damage, warped flooring and peeling. The faucet to the tub could easily be ripped out by a toddler, the “king size” bedding didn’t even fit on the bed, it would pop off and we’d have to make the bed over and over again. The pull out couch was for our 8 year old thankfully, it was the size of a toddlers bed which didn’t come with any bedding. That’s not even the worst part… we found rose petals and red candle wax on the floor around the bed. Look, I’m not a prude nor am I naive to the thought of what hotel rooms are used for BUT to have a visual of what the previous guests were doing prior to our stay was pretty gross. The whole stay had us thinking, if housekeeping missed these VERY EVIDENT “messes” what else was skipped? We had always trusted the Holiday Inn hotels but this sure missed the mark. Do better.

Don’t stay here unless you want your vehicle broken into. I was advised to take everything out of my vehicle even if it wasn’t considered valuable. I parked directly in front of 3 different cameras on the hotel, took everything out and they still broke in by smashing my window. The hotel staff was no help as “they can’t look at the footage unless police request it” As if that wasn’t bad enough to wake up to, we slept terrible because there was a constant high pitch ringing in the room.

I understand that you cannot control other people, especially when they are drinking. However, i went down to the pool at seven o'clock and noticed that there was mud all over, old dirty socks left there, and towels all over the place.
I ended up calling front desk to tell them about the matter because I booked the hotel because I wanted to go to the hot tub. The receptionist asked me " what do you want me to do about it?" I stated that someone needs to go down and check it out. They told me that they knew about the issue and that there was a kid in there.
Fast forward the next day when i'm checking out. They knew who I was.And that I called. They still didn't clean up after the ordeal. The lady at the counter also reminded me to give her a good review and proceeded to state that they will not pass if they dont get anything less than 8
I will no longer stay here due to the uncleanliness and the STRONG curry smell in the lobby and whenever they make breakfast.
The room's were decently cleaned but overall
