- DBDominique Beaupre6 days ago1.0Extremely disappointing experience. The price may look attractive, but the amenities make this hotel not worth it. The pool and hot tub area are essentially unusable due to an excessively loud ventilation system. The noise level is unbearable, easily over 80 dB, and causes headaches within minutes. It is impossible to relax in the hot tub, enjoy the pool, or use the nearby workout area. The constant mechanical noise makes the entire space uncomfortable and frustrating. We raised this issue with staff and were told that nothing could be done, which is unacceptable given how severe the problem is. A loud, poorly maintained ventilation system that clearly needs servicing or lubrication should not render core amenities unusable. If you are booking this hotel specifically for the pool, hot tub, or fitness area, avoid it until this issue is properly addressed. Management needs to treat this as an urgent maintenance and guest experience problem.

Sounds like a broken washing machine in the next room. They pass by a lot. Apparently you can request a quieter room on the west side. The staff during my stay were good and I'm sure they hate train noise complaints! Just be aware before you book. West is Best.
