I was using the top lock, so you couldn’t get in the room even if you had a key card. So I thought, this guy (who works there) had a tool to unlock the door anyway. While I was in the room! I said “hey!”, he ran off. I went to the front desk to tell them what had happened, and the guy who tried breaking into my room was in the lobby. Still carrying that unlocking tool. I asked what he was doing and he said he was dropping off towels. Mind you he didn’t even have the towels. Lock up your belongings if you ever stay here.

He quickly understood our requirements and situation, and proactively upgraded us to a king suite which was a unexpected kind gesture. Our first stay here and to add to this, the room is very clean and spacious. No finger marks nor dust on microwave, tables, counters, bathrooms, fridge, appliances, etc. A great find and pleasantly surprised. Room doesn't smell and hotel in herbal is maintained clean.
