When I requested a change to the room type I had originally booked, the acting manager, Mohamed, responded unprofessionally by asking intrusive personal questions about why I needed that specific room. This behavior was inappropriate and reflects a very low standard of customer service. Elite status and confirmed bookings should be respected, not questioned.

The front desk guy has zero respect for his customer and the way he speaks to them is not acceptable! This will be the last stay at this hotel after years of business.

The room was spacious with a nice large sofa and king bed, but it did smell a little off and it was also very dark and gloomy even with the window blinds open. The underground parking was convenient. The hotel staff were a bit cold and were berudging of giving us more coffee packets which weren't replenished due to us not having the room refreshed because of the cats getting out. We were charged 3 dollars for one tide pod and a drier sheet!! I mean that is ridiculous! Overall we would stay again, but a brighter room would be nice and not so stingy on the little things that make a stay pleasant and memorable.

I have stayed in many nice hotel rooms but never one that checked off all the boxes! ! The bed was so comfortable and the blankets were so cozy !! Well the pillows were the best i have ever slept on including my own. Eureka , the housekeeping supervisor was so amazing she sure made us feel welcome and important. Thank you Eureka for your caring and kindness. Its very nice when someone goes out of their way to put a smile on your face after a long day! Great location …. You will definitely enjoy tour stay and shopping is just around the corner…. Give it a try you’ll be glad you did!!
