  I attended a function at one of the meeting rooms. The ushers were available to show me in, so it was easy to find it. There was enough parking available, so I didn't have to park too far from the entrance.

  We always try and book at Best Western Hotels and we stayed at the one near Kingsway mall the last few times but decided to change to the West End area this trip. There were two issues the first night; one being that the shower water didn’t get hot. It only got “warm” and I think it may have been due to the nozzle being broken and not moving to the hot enough. The second issue was the fridge stopped working over night so I had to toss out my pumped breast milk (ugh) Both of these issues I addressed with the hotel the next morning in hopes to get it sorted for the rest of my stay. Someone did come to the room when we went out and neither item was fixed. Nothing was said to us afterwards, no room switch, no discount, nothing. Pretty disappointed.

  Just want to share a wonderful experience with this hotel. Checked in February 21-22 of 2026.Upon arrival Katerina greeted us right away no hesitation. We had our late check in because I explained to her that we went came from west Edmonton mall @ galaxy land because of my daughter 10th Birthday. She greeted my daughter a happy birthday and she upgraded our room to a princess theme for my daughter. Of course i will not say no… Katerina was very detailed on the hotel amenities and time.she doesn’t know that how my daughter was so happy that day when she saw the room and her princess bed. And she gave a treat for my daughter.we always travel to Calgary or Edmonton.and we loved to stay in a hotel for a day or two.But this is our first time who gets - very memorable experience it is above and beyond expectations. From now on every time we have to go to Edmonton this is our favourite hotel to stay nothing else.the room is very clean. Amenities are amazing. Wide breakfast selections beds are comfy. Rooms are very spacious.i can tell Katerina loved her job with a heart not only for money but for a service. And also i want to mentioned Melak she is friendly too she supports Katerina. Good team work. Until next time.. best hotel and experience ever!

  I previously stayed at this hotel brand in Calgary and had a great experience, which is why I chose this Edmonton location. The location is very convenient — only about a 4–5 minute drive to West Edmonton Mall, which is ideal for families. We booked the Mario-themed room. Although the space felt somewhat compact, the layout with two double beds plus a children’s bunk bed worked well for accommodating several kids, and the themed décor was a fun highlight. There were, however, several operational challenges during our stay. Upon arrival, we noticed a stain on one of the bed sheets, which was replaced after we informed the front desk. The laundry room washing machine was out of service for the entire duration of our stay. The front desk suggested using the laundry service at the hotel across the street, but that location charges per item and returns the laundry to your room after service. For a family traveling with children, this was not as practical, so we chose not to use it. On the second day of our stay, the swimming pool was also closed. We were again advised to use the pool at the Holiday Inn across the street. However, given the snowy weather and low temperatures, especially with children, it wasn’t convenient, so we decided to skip it. The front desk staff were polite and patient throughout, but overall it felt like several services were unavailable during our visit, which affected the overall experience. The location and family-friendly room concept are definite strengths, but more consistent facility availability would greatly improve the stay.

  We checked into our room had no body wash had no toilet paper. After I pay to stay for the second night, they tell me there will be no housekeeping they would give me everything I was missing and I could fill it myself. And if I wanted a refund, I could wait a week for my money to come back. Very rue front desk lady this morning. Awful Experience I won’t be back.
