The only negative experience was that a cleaner came to us at 10 PM and asked if we were going to stay the whole time until 12AM, even though we had the room booked until the next day. He was trying to get us to leave early so that he could clean the room during his shift. He literally interrupted our celebration asking for someone who was in charge to inquire about whether we would leave early. This was super unprofessional, given that we had booked the room for the entire evening and our check-out time was for the next day.
