    Rooms were clean and modern, breakfast upstairs was $10 and pretty good, biggest issue was the sound in the hallways. Doors let in all the sound, which was a lot. We were across from the ice maker which echoed through the hall all night. People were yelling in the halls at 2am. Not the best night of sleep.

    This hotel is great. The location is convenient, the staff are very friendly and helpful, and the rooms are well-appointed. Our room was renovated, super clean, and had everything we need in a hotel room: a coffee maker, microwave, and minifridge, and a large tv with many channels and streaming options. There is a 'Marketplace' in the lobby with a large variety of drinks, snacks, and toiletries. The restaurant was excellent (for a hotel restaurant) with good food, great views, and amazing service. We will definitely stay again.

    I will call this more a motel than hotel and didn’t live up to other best western hotels I have been to. The rooms were okaish and staffs were nice but could do better. Probably check if guest are BW reward member and privileged to certain complimentary benefits. Also rooms are spread over and if you are assigned room at far end, better to take your vehicle. I didn’t realize that and had a walk quite a bit with a heavy bag, something front desk could have warned.

    The staff at the front are not too friendly. They can use some training for customer service. Jess is rude, her tone is rude, barely smiles. For a great establishment with awesome rooms, great customer service is key because the staff represent the establishment. Jess needs training, needs to learn how to smile and to be friendly. When patrons enter, the staff should be welcoming. Majority of the time they are not. Best Western please train your staff.
