  We had a great experience hosting our training at Best Western Plus West Edmonton. Dina was very helpful from start to finish and made the booking process easy. She was excellent to communicate with, the room was clean, and the service was amazing. We appreciate the support and hospitality and would definitely consider using this venue again in the future.

  Nice hotel. We payed $250 for a room. The quite policy posted in the elevator clearly states there will be no maintenance/room service till after 830. We were woken before 8am by the leaf blower snow removal. Very inconsiderate. We had a very late night the night before. We asked for money back on our stay and they were only able to give us a $50 voucher for this specific hotel. I would gladly change my review to 5 stars for cash back instead of a voucher we wont use before it expires. I hope the owner sees this review and acts accordingly.

  Excellent price for our little trip. We stayed here to take our kids to the waterpark at the WEM. Loved the hot drink (coffees, lattes, tea, hot chocolates) machine in the lobby, rooms were clean and beds were comfortable, breakfast was pretty good. The swimming pool and hot tub were clean and enjoyable. The fitness centre was also clean and in good working order. Would definitely stay here again.

  I stayed in this hotel over Spring Break and was very satisfied with my stay. The room was clean and I had the suite with had a mini kitchen that has one burner, a full fridge and microwave. You will need to request a kitchen kit for supplies. I appreciated how the living room and kitchen where separated from the beds. The beds were good, but a little soft for my liking.y son complained about the hide-a-bed being very uncomfortable (as most are). My kids enjoyed the games room which has pool, ping pong, air hockey, football, a basketball game and more. The pool was decent and had some good seating options. There is no slide, but none of the pools in the area have one. The breakfast has the basics with a waffle maker complete with all the fixings including fruit and whip cream. There were scrambled eggs (I didn't love the savory add ins), potato wedges and a protein. It is a bit of a distance to West Edmonton Mall, so I don't recommend walking. Most of the hotels are in this area and there are a lot of food options within walking distance.

  Fantastic Hotel, great staff, service, rooms, very clean rooms! The complimentary Breakfast every morning they serve is incredible, so many options! Nice big dining area, all around great!! I will be staying at this hotel next time I'm back. Your friendly Manitoban Cheers
