  Room was good. . It was a very nice check-in and quick and they called my room to see if everything was good. Service was great and the breakfast in the morning was very nice too. Our kids liked the pool side, of course. Definitely would stay again

  All in all good place to stay staff is really nice and humble especially keyanna . M gonna recommend to everyone.

  Teams beware! When booking one of the staff members (Keyanna) sent us a contract and a booking link. No instructions to sign and return or anything in the email (in photos). We then get an email from the hotel saying they need a contract signed. I replied and said no problem, I’ll get it to you Monday morning, there must have been a miscommunication. We then get a VERY passive aggressive email from Keyanna out of nowhere saying she would have never sent contract without asking for a signature, and proceeded to gaslight and insult me in the email. Their GM, Peter smith, actually doubled down with more rude emails and threatened to up our rate $70 per night. Skip forward to our stay, we get to the hotel and they obviously knew who we were due to our jerseys. The staff were short and rude while checking in, we get to the rooms and the pillows are the size of throw pillows, with very crunchy pillowcases. Our bathroom door had to be forced open and closed because it drug on the tile floor so badly, our sink had no hot water and all 14 of the girls on our team did not like the hotel breakfast and described it as “buns”. The most shocking part is the email I received (also in pictures) from their general manager, Peter Smith immediately upon submitting my review. Their level of unprofessionalism is unmatched. It’s clear, from looking at other reviews this is Peter’s full time job, and I’m sure I’ll get a lengthy response on this review as well, after they took down my first one.

  This Best Western Plus was typical of others which offer consistently good 3.5-4 star accommodations at a good price. The complementary hot breakfast was very good. The pool had a slide that kids would enjoy and a nice soothing hot tub. The fitness centre had free weights and machines. The location is on the far south side of Edmonton but near a major freeway. There are some convenience stores and restaurants within about 200 m. There is a bus stop within about 50 m for access to public transportation.
