- LLLori5 days ago1.0Customer service is very frustrating to deal with. Calling and making reservations direct with the hotel is actually more expensive than booking online with the App. If you call direct you can expect reservations to be lost and/or reservations get made even if you just inquiring about room rates. Needless to say I would recommend going somewhere else.

Not one staff member missed saying hello or good morning to us during our stay. Runway 29 restaurant was decent, prices were reasonable. Walking distance to NAIT and Kingsway.
