This was the first time we received a call from reception after getting into our room, to check on us and make sure we were happy with the room. I don’t know if it’s a Cold Lake thing but based on that alone, we’ll be back. Breakfast was good and the customer service there as well was great. The rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable. The hot tub and pool area were very clean.
