- TNTracy NobleAug 26, 20253.0Overall, my stay at the Holiday Inn was positive. The staff were welcoming, the rooms were clean, and the location was convenient. However, there are a few areas that could use improvement. The internet connection was unreliable, and I was blocked out of two Zoom calls, which made working difficult. It would be great if the hotel offered a proper business room with unlimited internet access. Breakfast also left something to be desired — it was very repetitive early in the week, and later there were hardly any options available (I couldn’t even get an apple). Noise from above rooms was also noticeable, so I’d recommend requesting a top-floor room. The IHG was not followed properly. I received no emails or texts, no complimentary water, and I even had to ask if they had my correct email address.( personal preference) I travel alot the IHG is great and you get those perks. Family friendly, Yes Business friendly---NO
