  We had comfortable 3 night stay here while heading to Saskatoon.Clean nice place with friendly people at the front desk especially ( chunchill) sorry if I spelled wrong she rocks 🙂.

  I had a wonderful two-night stay at this hotel. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. They are the best receptionists I’ve ever met💞big thanks to you beautiful ladies💞. The room was spotless, beautiful, and very comfortable, the bed was so cozy and I slept extremely well. The warm swimming pool with the kids’ play area was amazing, such a fun and well-organized space for children.The restaurant was very clean and the food was delicious.There is also a cozy seating area near the reception with a calming, relaxing vibe. Everything was perfect. I will definitely come back again and again, Honestly, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

  Overall was pretty good however a pipe burst or was severely leaking so a lot of our room floor was soaking wet by the morning. We changed rooms but that was it I definitely expected some sort of compensation or offer to offset that. Second room door didn’t shut properly so often we would come back and it was partially open without realizing it didn’t latch. Staff were not attentive to guest behaviours. There were two children’s hockey teams staying for part of our stay. The children were not well supervised by parents, climbing slide, pushing others around, my 9 month old was almost hit in the head with a football ball when we were already sitting on the steps so he could enjoy the pool while his older sisters swam. Parents were all openly drinking alcohol and not supervising kids at all.

  it was just so busy couldn’t use any of the amenities and the VLT room was dirty

  I have checked in on 15th evening, desk lady was chanchal. What an amazing and friendly person. Thank you for being such a professional. What matters ! Lighting is the best, i hate those yellow bulbs from 1970 style. I appreciate that the management has carefully put white light instead of that boring yellow one. Same goes for bathroom too. Good job. Bed is good too. Also, not a problem but should look into it. Heating system was off when i entered the room. And the temperature was 13.5 c hahaha! Might be the mistake from staff but no problem.
