- SMSuzanne MarcouxApr 13, 20261.0Have stayed here 3 times in the past 2 months. 1st stay was wonderful. 2nd stay we had issues with our final bill and room charges that didnt belong to us. It took a few days to sort it out. 3rd stay was horrible. We just got home and I have not 1, not 2, but 3 full charges on my credit card. Talking to front desk and the lady is less than helpful saying she will have her manager look into it but it will be a few days. Excuse me? 2 night stay at $179/night and you have charged almost 1k to my card.

Out of the way enough for quiet nights, great views over Deer Foot, fantastic service and clean modern rooms make for a great stay! PS the Ice machine is on the third floor

We were a group and a service charge was fair but none of us ordered dessert but a small individual dessert was brought out and all of us were charged $5.25 each.

They gave our daughter a surprise birthday gift when they found out it was her birthday that weekend we were celebrating. They delivered it with a thoughtful hand written card and balloons. Made her day that the hotel staff wished her happy birthday! all the staff always stopped to say hello and see if we needed anything. The restaurant attached to hotel had staff that were also very attentive and helpful and food was delicious. Great location and parking. Swimming pool was clean and well stocked with towels all the time. I will be staying again at this hotel.10/10 recommend
- TRTroy ReganApr 3, 20265.0Ended up staying at this lovely establishment on Tuesday with the family, the pool was a blast, and the restaurant was top notch! I was a little blown away about how clean everything was, been to a few hotels this year and this one by far exceeds my expectations! Staff was super friendly and accommodating, I had forgotten a towel for my youngest ( stupid me ) and I believe her name was marissa? She said she was the supervisor and that if I needed anything she would be glad to help or something along those lines, mentioned my forgotten towel for my youngest, in the matter of seconds it felt like she had brought me 2, and they were still warm from the dryer! My son was extremely happy and I was super thankful! The hospitality of this hotel is absolutely fantastic and I would recommend this place to everyone I know! Thanks again marissa for the help you were fantastic!
