  Stayed only for 1 night and everything was great. There is parking, breakfast, gym, location is very convenient , hotel is not too overpriced, my room was clean, and staff were super friendly! When I’m passing by Calgary I know where I can stay again.

  Pros: Location is amazing Rooms were clean and neat Price was reasonable Cons: No service elevator, so had multiple times where I had to wait for an elevator to go all the way down because housekeeping was using the main elevator with all their carts Building maintenance, I consistently heard an impact drill running, it was okay at noon, but hearing it at 10pm was irritating Staff were complaining about staff drama on the elevator, felt unprofessional Overall you're getting what you paid for, but felt like there was so many things that were easily fixable that prevented this from being a great experience

  Thanks to Reynold’s kindness, we had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The room was clean and well-maintained, and his detailed explanations made everything easy and stress-free.
