  The hot tub was closed the entire 10 days and the gym was closed as well. Was not impressed

  Extremely disappointed with my experience. I was charged twice for a single reservation, which caused unnecessary stress during the holiday season. When I reached out, the hotel told me to contact Super.com for resolution, while Super.com claimed they had already sent the payment proof to the hotel. As a result, I am stuck in the middle with no resolution. This level of customer service is unacceptable. I hope the hotel and booking platform improve their processes to prevent this from happening to other guests.

  I stay here for work. Im just going to list the pros and cons to keep this some what short. Pros: - The morning breakfast. - Free supper Wednesday. - The suites are a big size. - Most of the staff is pretty good. - The option for room service. - Pool, hot tub and gym - House keepers are awesome my room is always top notch, and they don't touch or move my stuff! Much appreciated! Cons: - The rooms are out dated and the TVs are tiny you guys need to seriously upgrade to bigger and better ones. - The heat in my room only seemed to work at 24C anything lower anf it would turn on the AC - Charging $4.95 a day for better wifi is a joke. - The hot tub is conveniently always broken when we stay. - The blankets on the bed are TERRIBLE - The showers are hit and miss sometimes they are decent sometimes they barley work. And the tubs are tiny. - The lady for morning breakfast just stares us all down for taking food to go (we literally start at 6am) Also my crew stayed while I drove a truck out to Ontario I wanted to leave my truck at the hotel and use your shuttle service when I landed on a Saturday evening but your staff was going to charge me like $10-20 a night after we pay you guys $6000-$8000 a week in rooms already. Then my co worker wanted to check in early for a monday morning (he called sunday) someone was very rude to him told him he would have to pay a full day for a room then check out and check back in to his room, and on top of that get his nose in his family business and make him feel like shit for leaving his daughter at the hotel while he works in calagry. Very ignorant and none of his buinsess. I hope this review makes a difference but I'm not going to hold my breath.

  This was really fantastic. The staff were very friendly, and the folks at the concierge desk were extremely personable. I enjoyed getting my cookie and water bottle, and the young man I work with was very excited to see his name on the TV screen when we got upstairs. The rooms were clean and warm when we got in. The complimentary breakfast the next day was stellar. A delicious spread over a good stretch of hours so as to not rush anyone. The hotel is also conveniently located near highway 2 and stoney trail. We will absolutely be using this place again.
