Your front desk staff, Marissa Heidi Maryann, to Hk Nieves and to the resto staff Alan and Bala. Amazing stay always. Everyone is great with their sincere smile. Its amaze me more when one time we arrived at the hotel and I saw one of your staff still cleaning, I guess his name is Pascal. Wow All the Hk staff, always have their smiles every time I meet them at the hallway. One of a kind service. 101 Percent Service . Excellent service!!! Thank you.
