  I first discovered this hotel last June. I travel to Calgary for work on a regular basis with extended visits, sometimes up to a month. I used to stay at another well known hotel in the area until I discovered this gem! I absolutely love the staff and the accommodations! They’re always so helpful and accommodating! Nieves, Rica, and Heidi are always friendly and helpful. Clean rooms, comfy beds, great price with exceptional service! This has now become my home away from home!!

  Great hotel for a business stay. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the staff were welcoming and attentive. Special thanks to Nieves for her thoughtful hospitality — it made the stay feel extra comfortable and personal.

  The hotel staff were extremely friendly and professional throughout our stay. From check-in to check-out, everyone was helpful, polite, and attentive. Thank you Nieves and Heidi in making sure our needs met and making us feel welcome and to Alan in dinning area.. Excellent customer service…!!!

  The hotel is absolutely beautiful, and the room we stayed in was spotless and very well maintained. The hospitality team was incredibly warm, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. We also loved the view overlooking Deerfoot Meadows, it added such a nice touch to the overall experience. The location is extremely convenient, especially being so close to a large and busy commercial area with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Everything we needed was just minutes away. Overall, our stay was amazing. A huge thank you to the wonderful front desk staff who smoothly checked us in and connected us to our room, and to the housekeeping team who did an outstanding job keeping everything clean and comfortable. We truly appreciated the excellent service!

  Excellent Service. The staff provided outstanding service, with Nieves receiving special recognition for her assistance throughout our stay, from check-in to check-out. The bathroom facilities were spacious. Room: Our room was pristine, spacious, and comfortable. The bed was soft and inviting, and I particularly appreciated the view, especially at night. The interior of the room was well-organized. Amenities & Facilities: The breakfast was excellent, and the pool area was both pleasant and relaxing. Service: This aspect of the hotel was where it truly excelled. The staff were consistently courteous, friendly, and attentive. From arrival to departure, they demonstrated a welcoming demeanor and were easy to communicate with. Overall: The Holiday Inn offers an ideal balance of relaxation and comfort. I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking either a staycation or a first-time visit to Calgary.
