We complained about the towels that hadn’t been changed in our room the previous night and simply asked them not to forget again. However, the staff misunderstood and told room service not to clean our room at all. That’s unacceptable. If they don’t understand, the least they should do is ask for clarification, but it’s clear that no one in this hotel cares about their clients. They don’t even pay attention when someone speaks to them and seem more concerned with getting rid of problems than solving them. It’s unfortunate to see such an excellent facility managed by unprofessional staff. UPDATE: The hotel said that my room was clean, and that was a miscommunication. This is not true. If my room were cleaned, I wouldn't post this negative review. Again, on the first day, they didn't change the towels, and the next day, I asked them not to forget to change the towels again. The front desk person didn't understand, didn't ask anything, and asked room service not to clean the room.
