    Didn’t had much time at the hotel, just stayed for few hours, but service was just great, as well as the room. Thank you for my comfortable stay and quality sleep!

    Was quiet, the bed was really comfortable without having a ton of puffy blankets and pillows that I find uncomfortable at other high end hotels. Was clean, simple but nice, and everything was smooth and easy. I would stay here again. Airport shuttle was on time and is complimentary.

    Our stay at this hotel was fantastic.The reception staff was incredibly friendly and organized, making check-in a breeze. The rooms were spotless and well-arranged, providing a perfect retreat after a day of fun. The highlight was definitely the amazing pool. Kids couldn’t get enough of it. Clean, safe, and so much fun for everyone. And the hotel's restaurant? Simply amazing! Delicious food that surpassed our expectations every time. We loved everything about our stay and will definitely be back. Highly recommend.

    The staff need training to better understand clients’ needs and improve their English comprehension. We complained about the towels that hadn’t been changed in our room the previous night and simply asked them not to forget again. However, the staff misunderstood and told room service not to clean our room at all. That’s unacceptable. If they don’t understand, the least they should do is ask for clarification, but it’s clear that no one in this hotel cares about their clients. They don’t even pay attention when someone speaks to them and seem more concerned with getting rid of problems than solving them. It’s unfortunate to see such an excellent facility managed by unprofessional staff. UPDATE: The hotel said that my room was clean, and that was a miscommunication. This is not true. If my room were cleaned, I wouldn't post this negative review. Again, on the first day, they didn't change the towels, and the next day, I asked them not to forget to change the towels again. The front desk person didn't understand, didn't ask anything, and asked room service not to clean the room.
