They told me i could not authorize payment from where i am on my credit card because 1) it needs to be a corporate card, and that changed when i told her i do own my own business and 2) they can only authorize a credit card this way Monday to Friday, and it was a saturday. When she was told to cancel there reservation because they're is no point in having it if the person it is for will not be allowed to check in she said she can't do that, only the manager can.

Our room was spacious, clean and quiet with a luxurious bed and choice of pillow firmness. Parking is available both underground or outdoors. This hotel is located near many restaurants and shopping. Will definitely be back.
