    Pokój wielkości apartmentu, duży plus, przestronny, dużo miejsca. Ładny widok z balkonu. Brak czajnika ale pan na recepcji bez problemu nam go dał. Dwa telewizory w pokoju były bezużyteczne, tylko lokalne programy itd brak netflixa. Brak słuchawki prysznicowej żeby umyć długie włosy. Pościel bardzo się elektryzowała i strzelała prądem. Śniadanie było bardzo złe, wszystko sztuczne, hashbrown były stare. Dobra lokalizacja. Darmowy parking dla klientów ale w ciągu dnia było tam zdecydowanie więcej aut niż klientów.

    Ridiculous I tried to book a night at this hotel, but at the time I didn’t have a credit card. I CALLED them the day before to ask if I could book a room WITHOUT A CREDIT CARD and use ONLY DEBIT. They told me yes, no problem. I’m aware that if you don’t have a credit card, you usually have to pay a temporary security deposit. It was odd that they didn’t mention this on the phone. So I went ahead and booked through a website. When we arrived at the front desk, the staff member asked for a credit card to proceed with the room. I explained that I didn’t have one and that I had specifically CALLED and ASKED if it was NECESSARY, and was told it was NOT. He then said, “Oh, you need to have a credit card.” I was very disappointed and was about to leave when he suddenly said, “Wait, let me see if I can do something.” Right as we were at the door, he mentioned there was an option to pay a security deposit instead, something that was never explained to me on the phone. The deposit was $800. Insane. I didn’t have $800 available, so we had to leave. Later, I tried to get a refund. Apparently, their terms and conditions “clearly” state that a credit card is required. Which I was never made aware of in the first place. They even asked me for proof of the phone call. Who records a call like that? Of course I didn’t have proof because I trusted their customer service. Horrible experience. I will never stay at this brand again.

    I’ve been a paying monthly parking customer at this property for months. Recently, after missing a renewal period due to illness, I received a city-issued parking ticket. When I went in immediately to address it, the manager’s response was not only dismissive but openly rude. Instead of explaining policy clearly or approaching the situation with basic professionalism, I was met with condescending remarks and pressure tactics that felt inappropriate and unnecessary. Policies are understandable. Disrespect is not. Long-term paying customers should not be treated as inconveniences when attempting to resolve an issue in good faith. The lack of courtesy and transparency during what should have been a straightforward conversation was disappointing and speaks volumes about management standards.

    if i could give a zero i would, awful management. disgustingly rude to my friend and i about parking for the college beside it. threatening to tell our college that we are being unreasonable when we are just trying to pay for parking. FINALLY they decided to be kind ONLY when an older gentleman came in to check in. absolutely disgusting behaviour and terrible customer service.
