It's clear the rooms have been recently renovated, and while the finer details of the stay aren't exactly luxury, this is a well run, clean, and reasonably priced hotel to stay at. We did have some challenges at the end of our first stay, but management was respectful and helpful, so I left the experience feeling good as a customer.

I was told too late to cancel and would still be charged for room. 10 minutes after calling the Hotel the charge hit my credit card. How low brow. Asked front desk to have Mgr. call me when he/she arrived at work. No Call. Tried to dispute with credit card co. No Luck. This is what one gets for over 40 years of loyalty to this brand. Yes, I am at fault for not reading about cancellation status when I made the reso. Didn't matter. Full room fee still charged. I will avoid all IHG and HIE properties in the future given that customer service means nothing to these people other than $$. This property at this time of year is usually vacant but they want their money. Thanks for your lack of customer service which in this case is very "lousy".

- TKtavneet kaurNov 30, 20251.0Not the best hotel for your stay. The breakfast breads was sooo cold and tough to eat, bread toaster was not working to even warm it up. Worst thing we experienced in the hotel was …we did not asked housekeeping for our stay later next day we all went out for the day and housekeeping did entered the room. And later when we checked the room our snacks were missing from our bags. Literally soo unprofessional and when we told everything to the night auditor he was laughing and did not took this situation seriously at all. I have to double check all my stuff again. Please do not stay in this hotel where housekeeping tend to steal stuff from your room.
