  We booked two rooms for 18th February 2026. On the morning of 19th at 9:30 AM, I had just stepped out of the bathroom after taking bath and housekeeping tried to open my door!! I ran back to the bathroom and their staff, Evelyn, using her keys pushed open the door, my wife told her we have not checked out but instead of leaving the staff started arguing that according to her this room is checked out. We tried asking her to leave and talk to the receptionist as we had not checked out. She stood there and told us its not her problem and this room should be vacated. I have never been more surprised at someone’s lack of common sense. We asked her name so that I could call reception and complain and the cleaning lady tried to come inside my room yelling her name. It was unbelievable behavior. I am not exaggerating, it really happened! I was forced to forcibly close the door of the room for which I had paid. We escalated it with their reception staff. While we were talking Evelyn came there and I pointed her to the staff. But, to my amazement Evelyn started coming towards me saying, what, what, ready to fight!! Then I asked to speak with the manager and their front office manager, Lian met us. I wanted them to take action some kind of action against Evelyn. She promised to get back to me but she never did. If your staff knows and says that hotel can’t fire them then God help us. I will be contacting your head office because you should have taken this seriously. It should be mandatory to screen your staff for drug abuse before you hire them. Parents with young kids stay at your hotel.

  We stayed here for just one night as a quick stopover, mainly because they offer a shuttle to the airport. The facility itself is good and has a newer, modern vibe. However, I would caution future guests about the shuttle service. Shockingly, there is only one van operating, so you should expect possible delays for both pick-up and drop-off. The single shuttle fills up quickly — if you check in late and need an early morning ride, you may not be able to get a spot at all or may have to leave hours earlier than necessary for your flight. Overall, nice property, but plan carefully if you’re relying on the shuttle.

  Originally I thought my only complaint was the noise level- the walls are very thin, and you could hear children screaming even when they were taken back to their room. But during the last day of stay, I found some pubic hair in the "clean" towels the staff gave us.. Absolutely disgusting. PLEASE do yourself a favor and choose somewhere else to stay.

  This is the worst place to stay at. The only thing they had for him is they did have clean rooms and clean bedding. You have to pay for a breakfast. Whichever other hotel I ever stayed at you will usually get a complimentary breakfast When I call them for a price they quoted me one price and charged me something totally different and then all the sudden there was $180 charge on my credit card they told me it would only charge me $70 a night but it ended up to be $89 but they never told me about indentuals. They charge $100. Never will stay here again and suggest that nobody else does unless you like getting ripped off
