    I was very disappointed with my recent stay at this Hilton property. The washroom had a persistent unpleasant odor and lacked proper ventilation. The hair dryer was in such poor condition that it was unusable. Customer service was particularly unsatisfactory during breakfast — guests were left waiting in long queues for seating, and staff seemed more focused on tips than on timely service. Overall, this experience fell far below expectations, and I would not recommend this hotel.

    Rooms are cleaned every second day so if you need anything you have to ask otherwise the hotel was clean and very close to restaurants and shopping. Definitely would recommend this hotel.

    Honestly the only reason I'm giving three stars is because of how exceptional the staff was at this location. Check in representative was extremely professional and efficient at fixing issues and the shuttle driver that took us to the airport carried all of our luggage at 3 in the morning. We only stayed at this location for one night as we had a early flight the next morning. The first room we were checked in, the AC thermostat was falling off the wall, as a result, the ac couldn't be controlled or worked. When we tried calling from the phone, the phone was also having issues. In the end, we were switched out to another room on the 5th floor. Upon entering the elevator, the button for the 5th floor was also not working. So we had to step out to wait for the other elevator to get to our floor. Inside the elevator, there is a sign that says "do not jump as the elevator can shut down". I am usually not the type to write bad reviews but this Hilton needs a serious remodeling. It feels old, antique and as you can see from my prior statements, half of the things aren't working. I didn't expect it to be luxurious but for Hilton quality, it is way below their standard of quality. The bed and the bathroom were clean which is a plus but I couldn't wait to check out. I will not be staying in this location again.

    We had a missed flight on WestJet. We were offered a hotel voucher and we chose the Hilton Garden Inn. When we contacted them for the shuttle, they said it was 10 minutes from the airport and we waited 40 minutes for the shuttle to come and pick us up. We got to the hotel just before the restaurant closed and ordered dinner which was not great (see pics). The burger looked like it had been microwaved. The salad looked like somebody had cooked it as the lettuce was wilted like cooked spinach. Unfortunately the kitchen was closing so there's nothing we could do about it. On the way up to the room, we asked the front desk about booking the shuttle for the morning. We were happy to hear that it leaves on the hour every hour and as our flight leaves at 8:00 so we chose the 6:00 a.m. option and went to our room. Our room The room was clean, the shower worked well and the bed was great. Although as the evening went on, we noticed that the temperature was 26 and the air conditioning wasn't working. We opened the window and it was still roasting in there all night. We were up at 5. :00 downstairs at 6:45 and waiting for the shuttle. It was at 6:10 were advised that the shuttle driver did not show up for his shift. There were five otherpeople waiting outside for the shuttle as well. Eventually we asked the front desk when the shuttle was leaving and he looked very confused and flipped through a book for a little while and then eventually called us taxis. We didn't end up leaving until 6:20 and barely made our flight and it was just an unnecessarily unpleasant experience. Those are basic hotel amenities, temperature control and shuttle timing, especially for an airport hotel. Unfortunately, it made for an unnecessarily rushed morning to catch our flight.

    My flight was cancled four days ago, and the airline gave me this hotel as a reimbursement for the cancellation. I got to the hotel at 00:30 AM, the shuttle comes every hours which was too long. I have my cellphone which was Iphone 15, and there is no plug or USBC connection in the room that matches my charger wire, then I asked reception to get an adapter to plug my phone. The Reception was so reluctant to search for me, and my phone was almost dead, I needed my phone to get to the next flight in early morning. After too much argument, he gave me the adaptor only for one hour at 1:30 am then I was so tired fell asleep on the bed, the receptionist called me at 2:30 Am in my room phone to get his charger back! I jumped up and my heart rate went up, felt so shaky. What a shame that Hilton hotel has 0% of customer service. I’ve never had this experience in any other hotels. The rooms are so old fashioned with super old equipment. Not recommended at all
