    Very nice people and smooth service. Rooms were excellent and restful, great soft pillows. Pool was great!

    Room was a decent size and pretty comfy, so no complaints there. Breakfast was included for me and honestly, it was really good — nice little bonus to start the day. Only downside was the “free” internet… it starts fine and then slows down so much you can barely use it. Kind of feels like they want you to cave and pay for the premium Wi-Fi. Other than that, stay was alright overall.

    Front desk staff were awesome. Rooms are nice and clean. Airport is not really near the airport - 15 min shuttle.... Which brings up the shuttle.... Evening shuttle driver is A LOT. Talks as loud as he can the entire drive - non stop drivel that no one in the van engages with - zero self awareness - Esp when people are tired. 4 members of our party wore noise cancelling earphones for the return ride to airport next morning. A lot!

    They served us raw meat (burgers and chicken) we were starving from being at the airports all day . So we were devouring our food befor noticing it was raw. One of us got sick through the night so far, and we’re supposed to leave to start our vacation…. They offered a refund and $50 Starbucks card only. Now what is supposed to happen with the rest of our trip now that we’re starting to have stomach issues?
