During the weeks I stayed at the property, the fire alarm was activated one cold night. We were required to evacuate without any coordination from the staff. No one checked whether the guests were cold or feeling well, and there was no apparent follow-up to any safety protocol. Additionally, the main entrance door remains unrepaired, and the lobby and common areas continue to be cold. The property is still not properly maintained, and the main gate remains out of service. No one seems to take care of the amenities or provide proper customer service. We are still staying here during our final week because the refund process is extremely complicated.

The hotel is a gem. Friendly service. Spotless, generous rooms. And some really cool services: Long term parking at a much cheaper rate than the airport, free shuttle to and from, full breakfast as an option, plus a pantry for snacks. Great hotel, we'll be back.

Was spending the night prior to catching an early morning flight. Multiple problems with our hotel stay: 1. Shuttle bus-parked in front of the ramp, driver was talking to the front desk staff and refused to move (was not loading/unloading passengers) to allow guests to use the ramp to enter the front door with their bags. 2. First room thermostat was broken. Walked in and it was a sauna. 3. Second room didn't have hot water in the shower. We had to suggest our own solution, being provided with access to another room to shower (that did have hot water) Positives: 1. Large rooms with two queen beds, quiet and dark 2. Nice bathroom products. 3. Free parking

Accidentally left my AirPods there. Called the hotel after flew home to CA and they confirmed they had them. I offered to pay them to ship it to me. They said I would have to arrange a courier like FedEx to come pick it up and given them a confirmation #. Meanwhile, i wouldn't be able to package it or print up a packaging label which is the only way FedEx would allow this to happen. Extremely unhelpful in getting lost & found products to you. Rooms are old and outdated and very hot. Location is about a 12-14 min drive to airport. Guess I'm buying new AirPods.
