I've stayed at this Hampton Inn location twice now, and my experience really depended on the room type, which is important for future guests to know!
1. My First Stay (Ground Floor Standard Room) - NOISE WARNING
My first stay was on the ground floor, and I have to be upfront: it was quite noisy. We were close to the drive-up or parking area, and the sound of cars passing right by the window was noticeable. If you're sensitive to noise and prioritize quiet for sleeping, I would definitely advise against a ground-floor room here.
2. My Second Stay (Suite) - GREAT EXPERIENCE
My second visit was in one of the Suites, and it was a night-and-day difference!
Comfort & Space: The suite was fantastic. Having the kitchenette was a huge plus, offering more flexibility.
Cleanliness: Overall, the suite was very clean and well-maintained.
Quietness: Crucially, this room was very quiet. Being higher up and in a suite configuration made all the difference, providing a much more relaxing environment.
Final Verdict
This is a great hotel, but the room you get matters!
Recommendation: If you can, book a suite or request a room on a higher floor to ensure a quiet, comfortable stay.
Bottom Line: I would absolutely return, but only for a suite or a non-ground-floor room.

Excellent staff-genuinely friendly and accommodating. Clean room. We stayed 5 days, and the housekeeping staff maintained the room very well each day. Enjoyed having a big pot of oatmeal (instead of packets) and really appreciated the vegan banana muffins-they tasted homemade! Breakfast staff were friendly and attentive. Good breakfast hours. More breakfast options would always be welcome, such as something made with egg whites and having plain unsweetened Greek yogurt. Very convenient location and underground parking. Would definitely stay here again.

Very poorly managed. Was going to visit a friend going through treatment at the nearby hospital. Booked this hotel and 24 hours later my friend passed. I notified the hotel immediately, my booking was for over 6 weeks out. I did book through a 3rd party and when I spoke with the manager they said they would refundd and cancel my booking if the third party agrees. Third party agreed, I have this is writing and now the manager has suddenly dissappeared. I got a message from the hotel saying the booking was canceled, it wasnt, as it is still showing booked. Terrible communication and zero compassion.

Found a Bug (bed bug) on my mattress. I told the front desk and they gave me a different room right away and said for me to send the picture and vet to their GM which I did right away and she said they are calling an exterminator in and will keep me posted on what they find (still waiting for the caller email from them). I came back to the hotel after some meetings I had and I didn’t want to stay there so the GM told me that they didn’t find anything and was putting the blame towards me. So I left and got a hotel room elsewhere which was the right decision.
Over all the front of house staff were great but the General Manager has zero personal skills and doesn’t find a good solution to what transpired.
