    I had called ahead of time to make sure that this particular hotel allowed vehicles to stay in their parking lot while you were gone on your vacation and was told yes. However, upon arriving was told it was a five dollar per day. Charge to leave the vehicle there. Had also asked about the shuttle and was told that the only one that would work for my departure time (9 o’clock) would be 7 AM. When I went down at 6:45 to be ready for my 7 AM departure realized there is no breakfast until seven on the weekends and went to confirm there was no other ride closer to my departure time but was told then that a vehicle goes every 45 minutes so then I was able to stay have breakfast and still make my departure time. staff the night of check-in gets the three stars staff for the rest of the time. Definitely five stars.

    The service was good, but the room was really lacking. The rooms really need to be refurbished. The toilet seat almost fell off. There are not many outlets for charging There was very little in the way of amenities such as tea and coffee. But the people were nice and the service was responsive.

    Staff was friendly and check--in was quick and easy. The room itself was fine, clean and comfortable, but pretty basic for a 3-star hotel. I was assigned a handicap-accessible room, which I personally don’t prefer, as it lacks some of the standard room amenities. Overall, a decent stay for a short work trip, but nothing exceptional.

    The room was good, except that the next day our washroom (toilet) was not working which caused a very stressful morning before our flight. I always stay at Hilton to have a comfortable stay but unfortunately, this hotel seems to be a bit old with renovations. Breakfast was ok. Beds were comfortable. Staff did not assist us based on expectations. There are a lot of other hotels in this area.
