    The NIGHT staff - Mr. gets A minus ! If deciding MAKE THIS YOUR LAST CHOICE HOTEL !!!! there are better ones around. As others have noted the night staff are not to be in hospitality business. They absolutely hate the job! When customers take a wrong Shuttle from airport they shout at them. While the wrong Shuttle driver is nice to offer drop off to a unrelated hotel ! LEARN SOMETNING FROM THEM! When customers want to leave for airport they act like they are doing a fovour to run a shuttle every 1 hour. The night manager who is also driver sometimes, absolutely gets ZERO in hospitality or helping anyone, even if it requires minimal effort from them. They are their to stand as a statue and work like a robot ! Congrats ! The stories of Hotel staff going above and beyond will not come from this hotel. It's should be a night stopover if it's your LAST CHOiCE!

    Nice and clean hotel. Pool is pretty cold though. Breakfast is good. Your normal Hamptons breakfast. Price is right. Needs are comfy and wasn't crazy busy. Would stay again

    Due to an error on my part, I booked the wrong date. The date I wanted was unavailable and they assisted me in finding a room at another hotel .They did not charge me for the room and Jerard was excellent in assisting me. All due to a snow storm and being diverted.

    I had called ahead of time to make sure that this particular hotel allowed vehicles to stay in their parking lot while you were gone on your vacation and was told yes. However, upon arriving was told it was a five dollar per day. Charge to leave the vehicle there. Had also asked about the shuttle and was told that the only one that would work for my departure time (9 o’clock) would be 7 AM. When I went down at 6:45 to be ready for my 7 AM departure realized there is no breakfast until seven on the weekends and went to confirm there was no other ride closer to my departure time but was told then that a vehicle goes every 45 minutes so then I was able to stay have breakfast and still make my departure time. staff the night of check-in gets the three stars staff for the rest of the time. Definitely five stars.
