- KAKathleen A.Jan 4, 20265.0We had such a wonderful time at this new hotel! The staff were so friendly, and the breakfast was truly exceptional. A big shoutout to Antonette—she was such a lovely person to chat with. One thing I wish I had asked was which room had the best views, since we’re right next to another building. But, being downtown, what do you expect? Also, coffee is free 24/7. I suppose that also includes filtered water? I didn’t try it myself. We didn’t have any water in our room, but I didn’t bother to ask because we brought our own. Still, we’ll definitely stay here again.

Very beautiful rooms and lobby, extremely comfy bed, and a perfect location if you want to be right in the heart of downtown Calgary. The front desk manager Earl went above and beyond to make our stay special, and we were impressed with all the amenities like the gym, giant TV in the room with all the streaming apps, lobby snack shop, valet parking service, and of course the breakfast! Honestly for a free hotel breakfast it was really great with a lot of options for both hot and cold food, good coffee, and great service from the staff. Would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay again!

A also wanna mention how great the front dest manager. Earl Went above and beyond .. it was a wonderful experience we look forward on coming back on this hotel. Highly recommended..

The free breakfast was a nice bonus with plenty of tasty options to start the day, our breakfast hostess Antonette was a very nice lady, friendly and helpful. The rest of the staff were very welcoming and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was comfortable and relaxing. They also have a nice gym. Christmas morning there was two knitted red stockings hanging from the door handle with hotel branded cookies in them that were very tasty. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Calgary.
