- SPS P1 day ago1.0Booked directly over the phone and was told they could price match later as per their policy because other websites offered cheaper rates. The department that could do it was closed at the time so i had to call the next day. The lady i was speaking to confirmed the cheaper price with me, left notes in the system while booking and assured that they would do the price match. Next day i called in, was transferred to the appropriate department and was told they couldnt honour the policy mentioned on the website because the rates have changed now. Later on, i did a google search and found out they never honour this policy no matter what!

- ACAndrew CampbellNov 2, 20252.0Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. Upon arrival the room was unsatisfactory with stained pillow cases and a dirty toilet bowl. Went to address this the next morning and the management was very helpful in offering us a late checkout and another clean of the room. Upon getting into said room for our second night, the same stains were on the toilet as it hadn’t been re cleaned properly. Spoke to management again that evening who said they would chase up with the general manager to see if there’s anything they can offer us. Did not hear anything until I chased it up the following morning, to which I was told there is 0 compensation available and nothing more they are prepared to do due to me booking through Expedia on a pre paid stay. The luggage cart also had a flat tyre which made wheeling luggage around significantly more difficult. We also asked for the powder to be changed on the coffee machine and the front desk agent said she would “have a look” then after we sat there for ten minutes she never came over and we decided to leave. The transfer to the airport however was wonderful with an extremely polite gentleman who helped us with our bags. Overall a somewhat unpleasant stay and I would like to think I gave the hotel three individual opportunities to correct mistakes before leaving this review which they did not.
