That being said, I wouldn't stay here again as staff are careless with guest security and privacy. I left my room in the morning and didn't return until the evening. Housekeeping staff entered my room to make up my room, made one bed (both had been used), and then left, leaving my door wide open. It was only by chance that someone who I was traveling with went back to their room and saw that my door was open. They secured my room, but don't know how long it was open for as they were back in the late afternoon. When staff were asked about it, they denied even going into the room and said it wasn't a big issue as nothing was taken from the room. If you value privacy and security, perhaps select an alternative hotel.

Yummy, hot breakfast with many options. Quiet pool (it was mid-week), so kids got lots of pool time. Nice hot tub. Nice layout inside with rooms facing the interior, making it easy to get to the pool and restaurant. Kids loved the balcony that joined our rooms. Clean well-stocked rooms with a larger bar fridge and microwave, great TV options with smartTV. Great location close to UCalgary. Front doors/parking lock at 9 pm so entrance after that is by room card scan - felt very secure.

The rooms are clean and well equipped although the bathroom was small and very little water pressure. Poll and got tub looked clean. Lounge was a nice place for a snack and drink. Breakfast was very decent with a buffet including a good variety of options. Underground parking was clean and easily accessible. Service was great and hotel is updated.
