    This is by far the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff were amazing and the rooms were comfy. Will be staying here again. Yes the building and the rooms are a little dated but the cleanliness totally makes up for any short comings. Way to go! You have made me a fan of this place!

    Rooms were good and service is great. Only problem i had is the entire time I was there the toilet kept running and would not flush so I had to call several times. And lets not forget at check in I get to my room and there was used bottles of shampoo and body wash. Rather than give me new ones because there was still some left they kept them in the room

    Unsurprising that an American company employs zero Canadians at this hotel. Workers barely spoke English and I did not see a single Canadian there besides the guests. Anyone that believes in supporting Canadian businesses and Canadian workers should NOT give this hotel their money.

    Loved the stay!!!!❤️❤️ The place is extremely fancy and well kept! The breakfast was easily the best breakfast I have ever had from a hotel, rooms are quite large and are very clean and it’s just the place to stay! The staff at this hotel are extremely nice and well caring for the people. Another major thing is that the pool is absolutely amazing! The hot tub is very nice with a small view of the amazing restaurants that they have here! Best hotel and I will for sure be recommending!!! 😁😄

    Great service, very friendly staff. Good meals at the in-hotel restruant. Good included breakfast buffet. Nice that rooms overlook an indoor atrium, feels more spacious without needing to go out in winter weather. Underground parking with no extra charge was appreciated. "Medical situation" room rates was also greatly appreciated! Close to medical facilities ie clinics and Univesity hospital.
