- CSCarole SarrJan 3, 20265.0My sisters and I stayed at this hotel for almost a month due to a family medical emergency. First off I have to say this is probably one of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed in. House keeping is alway great, maintenance was being done without issue to guests. Several times I had to get the front desk to print out some work papers, etc., and they were so good about it. Every weekend, one of us would have our husbands come visit and book a private room. The front desk was fantastic about letting us check in sometimes at 11 AM if available. The breakfast buffet was delicious As well as the kitchen, staff were very polite and gave table service, which you normally don’t have a hotel. Normally we rarely eat in the hotel restaurants as they can be kinda underwhelming but this restaurant was awesome! Garlic truffle fries 🤤 Don’t hesitate when thinking about booking at this place. Especially if it’s gonna be a long-term as they give an amazing discount for those in need when it’s a Medical stay. Thank you so much for everything, Carole, Mrs Carrie and Tracy 🥰❤️

Highly recommend this hotel. Staff are absolutely wonderful; rooms were very clean; breakfast was wonderful; room service food was great; and it is close to Foothills Medical.Thank you guys!!!!!

- TKT KNov 25, 20255.0My mum had to have medical treatment at the foothills hospital. We had a 10 day stay here and they are the kindest most caring people. The front desk staff would always ask us how we are doing how she was doing and how she was feeling. The staff in the restaurant again would ask us how we are doing and check on her. Very pleasant individuals and incredible service and we couldn’t ask for more. It’s the only place we will stay in while in Calgary. I can’t thank them enough for making it such good experience for such a stressful time for us. THANK YOU!!!

Due to poor weather conditions we decided to stay in the city instead of driving home the 1.5 hours. The staff from the moment we checked in were courteous, helpful and so kind. Smiles from all and that is honestly not something you see anymore. After the day we had it was so refreshing. Our room was so clean, it had everything we needed. The bar was also really nice and it was GF accommodating. The breakfast was delicious, and you could tell they cared into the preparation of it. I also was overly impressed how clean it was. Just such a good experience. 100/10 Will stay here again.
