  The hotel itself is well maintained and modern enough. But the weekend we happened to go there was a hockey team or two in the hotel as well and they were insanely noisy even after 10 and the front desk did next to nothing to stop them. On top of that we picked this hotel for the pool and water slides then we didn’t find out until the day of our booking that they have limited time slots for the pool that apparently didn’t apply to said hockey kids. Will never book here again as this is utterly ridiculous for the price of the rooms.

  Got the huge honey moon suite for two night had to leave the 1st day there, still charged for 2 full nights and extras breakfast is not included it's downstairs and go to Denny's instead save the money, the pool has broken hot tub and in room jet tub we tried to clean it 2 times too gross to use, shower didn't even function no hot water on full blast, no pillows, no hair dryer ite like they didn't clean it at all, we did more cleaning of the room, hair and nasty fluids all over the place. The chair was a bar stool at the bar area in suite #451 is a few inches short, all furniture is missing a leg and has been shortened don't know how the chair, microwave and couch even sat up, scary and unsanitary, water all over the place even parking garage be careful, I don't have anything nice to say, we had to come home and I'm in tears actually it's for our anniversary and we are at home unpacking, please go anywhere else it would be safer and cleaner. Just stay home if you are looking for a place to stay for a promised and cleanish visit, toe nail in the carpet, dust and grime smears, and the bathroom the neighbours you can hear like your in there is scary we didn't even know if we needed police or not. It was horrible we had to go back and forth to front desk spent all our time trying to get over the disaster this place is in. Bring your own sheets, cleaning supplies and hairdryer and half ply toilet paper your going to need it. I have never written a mean review like this but I'm beyond disappointed, I'm hurt and my poor husband tried all he can do to make it positive. Don't go you may be out of money and in tears at home instead of the misleading advertising and no thought of checking rooms who's in control.

  This is the best hotel my husband and I have ever stayed at, and we travel a lot…with exceptionally delicious food and the most amazing breakfast buffet with so many choices, to the water park, bar with slot machines and pool table, to the incredible staff who went above and beyond to make our stay so wonderful….we highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be staying there again!!

  LONG BUT WORTH READING ! Check-in took a long time, but we brushed it off after a full day of travel. When we returned around midnight, a loud group was drinking near the lobby with no staff intervention. Our room’s pillowcases were filthy with stains, hair, and makeup. After waiting an hour for replacements, we had to go to the front desk ourselves. The next morning we were woken by kids screaming in the hallways, and later heard something big, likely a RODENT of some sort, moving inside the walls (I’m assuming running up from the rooms being renovated on the floor beneath us). The room smelled like burnt hair and the walls were dirty. Breakfast was decent and the pool was great for a hotel but that’s the only positive part of our stay. We were brushed off at checkout without a chance to share our concerns. Very disappointed. I expected much better from Best Western.
