    I’ve been a long-time customer of this hotel, but my most recent stay was disappointing. I purchased the breakfast add-on for my family of four. When I had to leave early, I asked that my wife be allowed to give my unused breakfast voucher to another guest as a “pay it forward” gesture. The hotel refused. This kind of inflexible policy feels unnecessary and out of step with basic goodwill. As a loyal customer, I expected better. Unfortunately, this experience has made me decide to cancel all future plans of staying at your hotel.  I hope this one act of greed was worth the loss of my business, and everyone in my network too! Do better. Be human.

    January5/2025 Not the greatest...I dont write reviews but have to this time. At check in the guy behind the desk tried to charge my room to my credit card 5 times which I declined after I told him I use my debit for my rooms and credit for deposits,the 6th time he finally clued in. Frustrating after a 19 hour day. After 15 days of tiny camp showers I wanted a real bath or shower but the water pressure was so weak after 15 minutes there was an inch of water in the tub and the shower was so weak it barely washed the soap off. The next morning after being woken by the cleaners I decided to make a keurig coffee and had to hold the handle down for several minutes so it would actually brew. The next morning I let the front desk know and they couldn't care less. While I waited 45 minutes for the airport shuttle listening to the fake fireplace screech in the lobby because the restaurant wasnt open I noticed the hot tub was closed as well even though many people wanted to use it. I will go back to my usual Best Western hotel where the customer service is top notch.

    We did not stay at the hotel, but attended the Christmas Day buffet. I just wanted to pass along my compliments to the entire staff for an extremely well-run event! There was a lot of staff presence in the dining room who were very polite and attentive. The food was delicious and presented in a nice manner. We've attended other buffets at other establishments in years past, and this was our first time at your establishment. We would love to return next year. Great job by all!

    We are going to Mexico for xmas a booked our room two months in advance and when we arrived they refused to give us our room due to our koho credit card most cases it wouldn’t be a huge deal but they were soo unbelievably rude and make us feel stupid in front of people while we are with our kids and wouldn’t even offer another hotel for us to go to to even try to help us out we have stayed in this hotel multiple times and our credit card was never a issue very dissatisfied and disappointing start to our first family holiday no costumer service what’s so ever and with us being returning gusts that even blew us away more

    I paid for the room on my credit card on Nov 22. At time of checkout I was told the room was unpaid for. I have proof of purchase, room invoice at time of booking and even that says on there at time of check in no payment will be collected because it was already collected. Hack of a manager says it’s not even an option to prepay online for the room. Went back just now to see if that was an option and it most definitely is. Stop committing fraudulent activity’s and expecting customers to not catch it. Will be escalating this and reporting for fraud if not immediately reversed.
