I was told I was given the best room available, since I’m a platinum member, the view out of my window directly into the pool area was a shocking disappointment. The blinds to that window were also terrible and let in all the light from the pool area. When the lights are on you hear a nice buzzing and flickering sound from them still being florescent bulbs. You can also hear pretty much everyone passing by the hall and anytime the person above me moved. You’re also right next door to a firehall, can’t imagine that noise for the people with windows that actually face outside. Won’t be staying here again and highly recommend you don’t either.
