While I recognize that the occasional insect can make its way into a room, a bug of that size does not end up inside a made bed unless cleaning and linen changes are clearly neglected. This results in a serious lapse in basic hygiene standards. I brought the bug to the front desk, and the attendant was completely disinterested offering only a 10% discount, which felt completely inadequate given how unsanitary and upsetting this was. I wrote to the company afterward, gave them every opportunity to address it properly, and they still refused to do anything further. At that point, it’s clear this wasn’t just one careless interaction — it reflects a broader, company-wide lack of standards and accountability. If you value basic cleanliness don’t stay here. I won’t be back, and I recommend booking literally anywhere else.
