  Superb and Awesome. Delightful, clean rooms, and amazing staff. All Front desk staffs are friendly. Been here multiple times and I recommend this hotel for all. Breakfast food also great.

  This hotel is older and a little outdated However what it lacks Modern design it makes up for In location and customer service. The complimentary breakfast was excellent and the dining staff Nejat was friendly, helpful, and approachable. Nothing was ever empty and people were able to come in even right at 10am when it was closing which I appreciated. The front staff Gonzalo and Naufil exceptionally friendly and helpful such as assisting us with our friend parking, providing us with suggestions on the best places to eat, helping us understand the perks of the hotel, and addressing any questions or needs we had. These two were gems in our stay. It was also really nice to see familiar faces over the 3 days we stayed. The rooms are a bit drab and there was no dishwasher detergent in our suite but otherwise I loved the sitting chairs, the sofa bed was comfortable, and the rooms were really spacious and kept their temperature well. They were quiet and clean. I love the location of this hotel is everything is walkable and there were many great restaurants and coffee shops along the way. It felt like a very safe location where you could walk around with your kids at night.

  Unfortunately during our stay the elevator broke and after about twenty minutes the second elevator broke. They were able to get one repaired. However the rooms were thus not cleaned. breakfast items were not labeled making it difficult to know what we were eating and just a suggestion there needs to be some options for vegetarians not only carbohydrates options. When I called to speak to someone regarding our concerns we were able to speak to Abhinav and George who apologized for the inconvenience and were able to provide some compensation. Good customer service!!

  Great place to stay when extended. Lovely suites with kitchenettes and central enough you are within walking distance of everything you need!! Staff were so nice and accommodating with my early arrival. Breakfast is also quite yummy!

  Edit since the Hotel has responded with a lie: We were checked-in at 3:30 pm and not 2:30 pm. Added the photo of the empty toilet paper roll and not “unfinished”. Supervisor and staff were rude about the “declined” booking when they could have easily explained what you mentioned about the tax in your response. Overall, this is not a great hotel with terrible customer service. === Requested for an early check-in not yet clean and ready. When we got into the room, their standard for a “clean” room is very subpar. Even the bathroom has an empty toilet roll in it lol Also, when it’s finally time for check-in, supervisor was being snarky on how my booking is apparently declined because it was booked thru a third-party platform, despite me being charged days ahead our booking. Two other staff also not helpful and is obviously lacking customer service skills— a given being their supervisor is not good at it One of two elevators is out of service, the other one is barely working.
