disappointment and frustration regarding a recent experience with my hotel booking. Due to an error, my reservation was made for the wrong dates. I had traveled from Calgary and arrived at the hotel around 11 PM, only to discover the issue.
Unfortunately, your staff informed me that I needed to contact the original booking company. Despite my repeated efforts, I received no support from either your team or the booking platform—especially at such a late hour. I was left without accommodation around midnight, with no resolution or assistance, which was extremely stressful and unacceptable.
