- VWVoIP Wizard4 days ago5.0We found a deal in this hotel, and it's great comparing to neighboring Irwins/Red Carpet where we usually go. Despite of outdated look outside, it's renovated and cozy inside. You also get a free breakfast, underground parking, large TV (Android based! 👍) and a good coffee machine at the lobby. They also have a small pool/hot tub with a partial view of the mountains. I wish they had working fireplace in the lobby (it looks great but was off unfortunately) and didn't take all Christmas-related decor on 6th (after all, it's still Orthodox Christmas). I would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Banff.

Le petit déjeuner très correct avec des options chauds/froid. Trop de monde à la piscine/jacuzzi. Environ 10 minutes de marche du centre ce qui est très facile; aussi nous avons apprécié le parking souterrain.
- VLVictoria LukasiukDec 8, 20253.0Service was very welcoming and friendly, we had our dog with us, loved the decoration in the front lobby, room was okay, we stayed for two nights and one of our nights we kept hearing noises out in the hallway, neighbour's chatting loudly, other rooms TVs and early in the morning a bunch of kids running up and down the hallway. There is Underground parking however extremely tight and small that we struggled with our family SUV would not recommend a large SUV or truck to go into the parking lot.
- JBJoann BDec 6, 20255.0The rooms were comfortable and clean (we were also lucky enough to have a lovely view of the mountains from our room), and the location is perfect (right on Banff Ave and a close walk to all the amenities you'll need). The staff were kind and clearly run a tight ship, making our trip really special. Their underground parking was great, especially for the colder winter months, and their breakfast buffet which was included with our room price was great; they had pancakes, toast, scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes, bacon, oatmeal, muffins, cereal, coffee and juice! Really great value - we would stay here again!

Accommodation is dog friendly. Location is walkable to town. Could be quite unstaffed as when I checked in and based on 2 more days of observations, each time one staff at the reception counter is Incharge of 1) check in check out 2) monitoring of camera security 3) additional towels / soap disbursement 4) mopping of lobby floor Etc etc
