    Friendly staff from front desk to house keeping. We arrived a bit early in banff and the staff were able to check us in at 12pm. Room is spacious and clean. The view from our room was great . Best location, it is located in the heart of banff which is walking distance to everything like restaurants , convenience store, bus stops etc. breakfast is good compared to other hotels.

    Amazing bang for your buck. Comes with full complementary breakfast. Eggs/sausages/waffles/fruit/muffins/oatmeal/cereal/tea/coffee. Rooms were clean and have been updated. Mini fridge/microwave/coffee pod maker. Beds were comfortable only issues were pillows. They were too soft..no support. And if u tried to double up you would be sleeping sitting up. Would have been 5 star rating if pillows more comfortable. Great location. 10 min walk downtown. Has pool.and hot tub. Didnt use but looked clean. On-site, lower parking garage a bonus. Great hotel..thank u for great stay. Highly recommend

    My truck was below the height limit for the parkade. Unfortunately, a pipe was left drooping on the far side and has gently caved in the roof of my vehicle. Employees didn’t care. Breakfast was good!

    We stayed at this hotel on January 11-12,2026, I and my mom and auntie woke up with several clusters of itchy red bites in a row on my arms and neck. Upon inspecting the bed, I found live bedbugs and dark spotting in the mattress.

    We found a deal in this hotel, and it's great comparing to neighboring Irwins/Red Carpet where we usually go. Despite of outdated look outside, it's renovated and cozy inside. You also get a free breakfast, underground parking, large TV (Android based! 👍) and a good coffee machine at the lobby. They also have a small pool/hot tub with a partial view of the mountains. I wish they had working fireplace in the lobby (it looks great but was off unfortunately) and didn't take all Christmas-related decor on 6th (after all, it's still Orthodox Christmas). I would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Banff.
